Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), an accepted contraction of sodium lauryl ether sulfate (SLES), also called sodium alkylethersulfate, is an anionic detergent and surfactant found in many personal care products (soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc.) and for industrial uses. SLES is an inexpensive and very effective foaming agent.
SLES, sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), ammonium lauryl sulfate (ALS), and sodium pareth sulfate are surfactants that are used in many cosmetic products for their cleaning and emulsifying properties. It is derived from palm kernel oil or coconut oil. In herbicides, it is used as a surfactant to improve absorption of the herbicidal chemicals and reduces time the product takes to be rainfast, when enough of the herbicidal agent will be absorbed.

Sodium lauryl ether sulphate
Its chemical formula is CH3(CH2)11(OCH2CH2)nOSO3Na. Sometimes the number represented by n is specified in the name, for example laureth-2 sulfate. The product is heterogeneous in the number of ethoxyl groups, where n is the mean. Laureth-3 sulfate is the most common one in commercial products.
SLES or Shampoo Base MAKING FORMULATION:
Water : 4 Liters
Sodium Sulphate : 700 g
Sodium Louryl Sulphate (SLS) : 01 kg

brother it's not a complete shampoo it's only a shampoo base after some addition of other ingredients its completely making a shampoo and than add perfume and colors at last...

Thank you for this recipe. please I would like to know if it is necessary to use demineralised water? because I did the same method as you but my paw came out all white as a sheet. even when it passed the night it did not become transparent. I used sls seed, tap water and sodium sulfate powder.

Take 4 liter water and put 700 grams of sodium sulfate and 1 kg sls, mix it well and rest it for 24 hours. Use it after 24 hours rest
