As usual, I love your constant reminders about form and to slow down instead of getting sloppy. As you always say, we get more from a movement done slowly and correctly than a fast sloppy one. Also, I love your happy dances. They make me smile every time. ❤😘😍One last thing - Lulu is just adorable doing her little upward dog! She couldn't be cuter! 💕💕💕

This one will be a challenge for me with those lunges. It is an exercise that I usually avoid and I know that i'm missing out on some strength gains. I need to practice them so I can do them better and work on improving balancing on my feet. 💪🏻🤸🏻♀️ Looks like a very complete workout as well. My ballet teacher recommended HIIT Pilates and WOW. That was intense. I think this will be very useful for my conditioning. Thank you! Also, do you have any tips for wrist and elbow hyper-mobility? Usually my arm joints are fine and I can compensate for the instability with my muscles but anything on one arm has proved to be too much for my joints. My elbows were fine this time but I usually do wrench them with moves like that.
Your ballet teacher gave you great advice! Pilates - and more specifically - HIIT style Pilates is a fabulous compliment to your Ballet training! As far as hyper-mobility goes, it’s half strengthening the surrounding muscles and half awareness - not “locking” out your joints and trying to maintain correct alignment. Thank you for this fun work out Gorgeous Girl🎉. Excellent variety with lots of core work. I must add that having worn and used 3 different types of heart rate monitors throughtout my fitness journey; 300 calorie burn is not easy. I can only gauge against myself at 5,4" /102lb, as calorie burn depends on size and weight but my 5k run in 25min burns 205cal and that is a decent (and sweaty) time but still not much of a burn for the effort. The final treadmill count is 350cal if I do not set it up. Therefore I see why a 30min cardio workout is estimated at 300cal. Again for me, I would need to use ankle weights and do the full push ups to reach 150Cal as I am light but I only wrote this to say it is hard (for me certainly) to burn 300cal!! Not having a pop at you Lovely girl 😍- I simply had to respond to the calorie heading -💜💙 hearts from London
I totally get it…that’s why I say burn UP TO 300 calories…because depending upon your current weight and overall effort, that number varies for everyone. 🥰💖👍🏼

Usually if the video is 30 minutes long then you recommend to combine it with other 30 minutes workout as well. If I add warmup and cooldown too, then my workout would last for 1,5h, which is a bit too much😀
Probably more than half my workouts don’t require a warmup because it’s either included or it’s a class style workout where we warmup as we go. The warmup that I suggested is about 10 minutes. If you know how to warmup on your own then obviously you could skip it. The cooldown that I included is around 15 minutes…and again, if you have a bunch of stretches you love, you could do them as your cooldown. 🥰💖💪🏼
