Interesting piece of equipment Martin. It did revive the battery to 12 volts and even with a drop of 4 volts under load, the 9 volts remaining is just about the minimum voltage needed for a 4 cylinder and even some 6 cylinders to spin the starter and get the car going. I may need look into this charger. Every morning my car's battery is always at 9.3 volts. It's just enough to get it started and going
I was surprised that the battery took a charge at all. It was probably a couple years older and was just sitting for five years after I quit using it.
Going to check those out!!!
It seems to work good. It brought back a battery that sat for 5 yrs. Kept 10 +/- volts under a load test after I let it sit for 5 days after charge.
Wow thats really cool. Crazy smart tech.
Powerful and small. I ordered a set of tuning keys for the Rickenbacker. The specs look like they'll fit.
Cracking video brother 👌 amazing work hope your haveing a smachong day keep safe out there your brother tyson 👍 top top job
question: please verify or falsify rumor. when charging a battery, NOCO 10, do you need to plug it up to wall socket while its charging the battery?
Nice video...Anybody have any success charging / maintaining a Large LifePo4 (200ah) Battery's with one of these ??
I'm not sure. I just use it to charge a dakota and another 12 volt lithium deep cycle boats batteries.
How long did you charge it for
I'm not sure on the exact time. I just let it cycle and it shut off sometime in the night. Since then I've used it on a couple of deep cycle lead acid batteries in my boat. Worked good on them too.
I used this for the first time last night on my BattleBorn LiFePo4 heated battery 100ah in 15F temps. It got it from completely discharged to 100% charged overnight. I love this NOCO 10. It's easy to use and did the job.
I agree. It's not my dad's old school battery charger. I charged a motorcycle battery that had sat since 2016.Had to run two cycles on it. But the old charger didn't do anything. Never came off 0. High dollar glass mat. It's working today.
