The T-Wolves are looking good! I'm really happy for a couple of my favorite former Jazz guys (Gobert and Conley). I'm rooting for the T-Wolves this year! Great VR about your Mom, and some great memories. Thanks for sharing, that was great.
Nice tribute to your, mom! That’s neat she was a basketball fan. Great, Edwards cards, thanks for sharing. The Wolves/ all Minnesota teams (sorry, Lynx I’m not counting you) are severely overdue to win a championship. I hope this is the year. Good Luck and Good Collecting!
Scott, Your Mom sounds like she was very supportive of you when you were a child and later on when you became an adult. That is a real treasure! This video is obviously very special for you! Congratulations and thanks for sharing!
Great stories Scott! So cool your mom was an NBA fan. From what you described she’d definitely enjoy watching Anthony Edwards. My son has a shirt of his that’s several sizes too big but wears it all the time. He’s been watching that series close. Too bad Larry wasn’t in Terre Haute to respond to your mom!
Nice to hear about your mom and her love for basketball, Scott. Talk about a family divided in sports, Lakers and Celtics fans under one roof 🫣 Playoff time must have been fun. Great chance that the Celtics and Wolves meet in the Finals this year. Thanks for sharing, Scott.
Man, loved hearing about your mom. I bet she’d have a sick channel here on UA-cam if it was a thing back in her day. Her Larry Legend collection would probably be phenomenal. I always love seeing basketball on here. Wolves are looking good.
Wow Celtics fans and Lakers fans in the same family? That must have made for a lot of good natured(?) ribbing! Sounds like your mom was an awesome woman!
Do you watch alot of the Card closets videos? or just some or once a week? do you watch as many of his as I watch of yours and do you ask questions? interesting Larry Bird card, intersting Anthony Edwards , when you opened up packs in 1967 say in August did you get any Mike Shannon cards? did your Mom like the Dr. Julius Erving? did she like Walt Frazier? did she like any players from the 76ers? any from the Knicks of the 70's? did your mom like John Havelcik however you spell his name? sorry to hear about your mom!!!
Never got a 1967 Mike Shannon. High numbers never made it here. I watch as many Card Closet videos as I can. My mom followed Larry Bird in college and then with the Celtics. Thats when she got big into the NBA. Followed Duncan and Robinson from college to NBA too. Thanks Mark!
