Shaun's misfortune wasn't due to his driving skills, but the fact of uneven weight distribution, plus high ground clearance ! Too much weight at the back of his vehicle ?
First guy: "Low, slow and pick a good line" Shauno: *Record Scratch* *Freeze Frame* "Yep that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation"
You fellas at 4wd action made me get into 4wding. I sold my commodore and bought a 05 1hz 79 series Land cruiser. Slowly turning it into my adventure rig. My plans are to head up north one day and do all the awesome tracks between Melbourne where I am and cape York. Cheers all!! 🍻
Really Appreciate your videos all the way to the US. I got myself in a bit of a stuck situation last week and with the knowledge I gain from your show I was able to get my self out by on my own. Thank you.
Top stuff gentlemen, just brilliant! I was on the edge of my seat when Shauno went over, but he got back on that horse and pushed on to reap the rewards. :)
Bit of trivia for you fella's, the reason they say not to have bananas on a boat stems from the fact that they produce a gas that ripens fruit and veggies. If you have bananas on your boat, the rest of your stock will ripen too quick and if on a long trip you're buggered. If you wanna ripen an avocado quickly put it in a paper bag with a banana
Awesome video! Y'all Ausie's got great and beautiful places to wheel! And two 👍 👍 for getting back on the saddle after putting her on her side and going on!
I’m from Texas. Adventure and explorer at heart. Did a lot of that up until I had to take a desk job to cover bills. These videos give me a break from the four walls I’m stuck in. Keep up the good work.
Out of all the 4WDing I've watched 4WD action channel has to be the best, with out a doubt you don't mess around and you dont take unecessary risks love it guys keep it up no end of likes and shares, 👍
Shauno, you the man💛❤️we love you ,a gentleman, always a smile, shauno,s vehicle is top heavy🙄 which is causing him all the problems,he is a true loveable friend
'Wow' - yeah that about sums in it hey haha! Too right about dusting yourself off and getting straight back into it. Some real interesting points to remember about engine checks post a roll over
Props to ya Shaun for keeping on - had my Jeep on its roof a couple years back, definitely makes you think! Though you went over in much better weather; -35C makes wheeling a bit nippy. :)
Damn, you went to the promise land? I love that place! My dad used to be an extremely competent driver, especially with four wheel drives. He drifted a bus once, I wish I was there to see it. We had a land rover discovery 1 that we sold for reasons unknown, some time back. Those old landrovers were mental. They were the nocea of the car world. He had a seizure in the freeway, going 110 km/h and the car was fine. Most other cars would have just crumpled. I don't think land rover makes those kind of things anymore. He died a little over 9 years, I was 7 at the time, although I couldn't be bothered less, I am fairly insensitive and that is just my nature. I love watching your videos because I adore camping and the commentary is perfect. I live an hour away from Coffs. That is the benefit of being in a small(ish) country. Opportunities are much closer. Great work boys. Have you driven driven any of the trails at Yarra before?
Close to my favourite 4WD action video. I love the real gremlins in Shauno's personal system and the subsequent humility and control of that which to him seemed ominous. Then there's the obvious yet subtle support from Graham, real and priceless. Then you've got the apprentice "Danger" introduced into the picture, it's just gold! Great to see a couple good mates there for each other when the situation goes wrong ...."Go Captain"
Hey guys... Great video, I really enjoyed it! I'm looking at buying my first 4WD this weekend, a '95 Toyota Surf/4Runner 3.0 diesel and this video has made me wanna get it dirty! Here in the UK, I'm gonna find it hard to locate trails but I'll look around.... Thanks again for the vid!
11:23 - number 1, make sure Shauno's OK..., number 2, lets just everyone calm down... Unless there was some excitement not included on the editing everyone was calm - which is a credit to the experience of all involved. Having seen a few rolls in my time this one was handled very well. 15:07 - in my 4WD club driving over one's own front winch rope was an "offense" and would see you getting a huge ribbing from other members. Loved this video - thanks lads!
That was a great recovery , let’s all stop a minute to see if Shauno is ok then to take time out to asses the situation and not jumping straight give you all time out to get settled a bet a lot of people would have jumped straight in and made the situation worse hats off to you all
That could’ve ended up a lot worse. The dirty 30’s ride height plus the weight was a recipe for this to happen. Loving these videos. I need another 4WD. This here is living:
Watching Danger’s reaction at the top of that his is priceless! That’s a trip he will remember forever. When are you guys going to make a trip America?
that town/city reminds me about where I'm from i have the Rocky Mountains about a 30 min drive from my house and i go wheeling every weekend its awesome
I rolled my truck when a tie rod broke. It's a very uneasy feeling when you put it on it's side and trying to figure out how to get out and get it recovered. Glad it all worked out for you in the end.
Man, you guys have me so envious. I live smack dab center of the USA, in a place called Kansas which has bugger all for offroad tracks unless youre driving a small vehicle like a jeep or Ford Ranger. I own a fullsize truck, and it makes it difficult to find trails to play on. But watching you guys gives me that escape at least.
Slowbravic most of these are small compared to what you guys in the us drive, and to be honest doubt the full sized trucks would make it through some of these tracks, they don’t take big weight and wheel base well
I love off-roading and getting onto trails. However, It hurts seeing how much wheel spin some guys put down on climbs while stationary or rolling backwards, i.e.: 29:18. That's a nasty habit that demolishes trails which in turn gets them shut down, especially in areas close to population such as Coffs Harbour. I live in Sydney and can't even get my postie bike onto most trails in a pretty large radius as they have been closed to the public.
"can i take my foot of the breaks?"
"your wheels arent on the ground mate"
LOL
His rig needed to be swapped to springs and not leafs swapped my jeep over and it's so much better
Shauno is a legend
Brakes*
Shaun's misfortune wasn't due to his driving skills, but the fact of uneven weight distribution, plus high ground clearance ! Too much weight at the back of his vehicle ?
@@juerbert1 The sparewheels are way too out. Dont know whats in the canopy, and it that is heavy.
His face as he hit the side and all the clutter falls on him
GussyT17 it looked slow mo as hell
First guy: "Low, slow and pick a good line"
Shauno: *Record Scratch* *Freeze Frame* "Yep that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation"
Haha😂😂😂😂😂
That little kid asking to put the lockers on at 21:30 is hilarious!
LOOOOOOOOOL
'just waitin for a mate' 😂
Its Jacko hahahahah that's gold
Its Jacko sucks
Haha Jesus lol that was his words after that
Let’s eat yabby poo jacko
You fellas at 4wd action made me get into 4wding. I sold my commodore and bought a 05 1hz 79 series Land cruiser. Slowly turning it into my adventure rig. My plans are to head up north one day and do all the awesome tracks between Melbourne where I am and cape York. Cheers all!! 🍻
How's the progress?
I second this petition! How is your rig going?
My dream rig is a 79
A commy for 79 series, my word if this doesn’t prove just how much cruisers have shot up in price
Really Appreciate your videos all the way to the US. I got myself in a bit of a stuck situation last week and with the knowledge I gain from your show I was able to get my self out by on my own. Thank you.
*MADD props Shauno, the dirty 30 is a beast. Glad you are alright*
When Shauno just says “wow” and nothing else at all haha I laughed out loud
Top stuff gentlemen, just brilliant!
I was on the edge of my seat when Shauno went over, but he got back on that horse and pushed on to reap the rewards. :)
Shauno just waiting for a mate 😂 thats gold 👌
LROR I laughed way to hard at this part lol
What collision?
Cop: what's your mates name
S: shauno
C: what's your name
S:...shauno
Fukkk oath lol
Shauno and graham are the best
Awesome to see father son both having a good time. Keep it up!
no matter what happens to the dirty 30 Shauno still has a smile on his face
All aussie adventures ... time to hit the road
a dint, scrape, scratch to the 30 is just another trophy to be proud of....
Love
Very professional winching job. Well done.
Something to be said for keeping the vehicles low for this sort of country.
I felt for you Shauno, but I am glad you’re ok and she can be fixed. I felt your pain brother. Peace
This is a great video, I feel so bad for Shauno. But congrats 4wd Action for never giving up and showing a real amount of team work!!
My mum always said that but she's wrong about 99% of the shit she says so I always assumed it was old wives bs.
I give off some pretty ripe has occasionally.
The look on the young lads face when dad went up the hill is absolutely priceless...
Awesome job guys💯💯
I want to see Danger and Dad in more videos. Those two were awesome!
Ohh you beauty ! No better way to spend the rest of my Thursday than watching the dirty 30 send it.
I've sort of always had an interest for 4x4. But this channel has just made me appreciate it so much more.
Keep up the great work guys!
This video is old but still a good one to learn from
Chris Higgins I thought so
Awesome video! Y'all Ausie's got great and beautiful places to wheel! And two 👍 👍 for getting back on the saddle after putting her on her side and going on!
You have brass balls Shaun'o that would rattle anyone, hall of fame . Respect 10/10.
Great job as usual! Props from Arizona!
It’s a great place living in the Coffs Coast all the 4WD tracks and the beautiful pristine swimming holes we have up here
Glad to see Shauno only had to change his underpants after that flop. Nobody was hurt and the 30 lives to wheel again. Epic !
I’m from Texas. Adventure and explorer at heart. Did a lot of that up until I had to take a desk job to cover bills. These videos give me a break from the four walls I’m stuck in. Keep up the good work.
John Locke?
Awesome Team and you all make the show brilliant! Shauno deserves a "Bells"! Hats off to you mate. (South African Fan)
LMAO when the 30 flipped on the side SHAUNO'S face was PRICELESS!! hahaha
Who the hell gives a thumbs down for a great video !!
It was pudding brain !
Out of all the 4WDing I've watched 4WD action channel has to be the best, with out a doubt you don't mess around and you dont take unecessary risks love it guys keep it up no end of likes and shares, 👍
Best home and away episode ever hand me 2 hands on my beer then crying seeing him drive again 😂😂😂
This is one of the best episodes I reckon. It's good to see a bunch of Nissans, the Patrols always dominate.
Some real interesting points to remember about engine checks post a roll over
What you came here for is 9:56
Kayhlan Seery wrong
thx
I came for the whole video. And 9:46 is basically the beginning. Patients is a virtue
You sure aren't a fan if that's just what you came for
This video is amazing in full length... have some patients and get rewarded
Props to ya Shaun for keeping on - had my Jeep on its roof a couple years back, definitely makes you think! Though you went over in much better weather; -35C makes wheeling a bit nippy. :)

“One of the gnraliest angles of been on” 😂😂
Your film crew and editing is great! Makes the film so interesting. Excellent narration too.

Glad he was alright and especially glad the vehicle was strong enough to safely sustain the roll over.
Love seeing all of the 4x4's that we cant get in the states. Wish we could get some of the diesels here that you have there. Damn E.P.A.
Just found this channel & been binge watching since last week. Great videos, fellas!

Yess another full length video
a dint, scrape, scratch to the 30 is just another trophy to be proud of....
Shauno and the boys are legends. Took it calm as you like
That was a great recovery , let’s all stop a minute to see if Shauno is ok then to take time out to asses the situation and not jumping straight give you all time out to get settled a bet a lot of people would have jumped straight in and made the situation worse hats off to you all
I ALWAYS enjoy the wheeling, but the cookouts are always awesome to see as well. Shauno is the kitchen Macgyver!
Absolutely love watching this 4x4 action. Keep up the good work!
The dirty 30 has 7 life’s. Also some great team work to put it back on it’s feet.

Love you guys. Shout out from Ohio USA.
Jason Van Kirk same here. us Ohioans love a good 4x4
that part when he said "just waitin for a mate" killed me lmfao
I love the intricate winching strategies you guys come up with
That could’ve ended up a lot worse. The dirty 30’s ride height plus the weight was a recipe for this to happen. Loving these videos. I need another 4WD. This here is living:
Watching Danger’s reaction at the top of that his is priceless! That’s a trip he will remember forever. When are you guys going to make a trip America?
Well that was pretty cool. Good to see no one got hurt.....well....maybe except for Shaun's pride.....
I looked up the definition of 'mateship'. Found a link to your channel.
Wow. Props for the collective winching. That was artistry.

That G-60 is like a roller coaster when going through the river ❤❤
"I saw a maneuver there that I haven't seen since the 2007 summer olympics" LOVE IT!
The look on Shauns face every time he’s attempting anything is the look my dog has just before he needs a poo!
Best one uploaded on UA-cam so far😉👍🏻

Shauno had the biggest fun, keep rolling mate,
I rolled my truck when a tie rod broke. It's a very uneasy feeling when you put it on it's side and trying to figure out how to get out and get it recovered. Glad it all worked out for you in the end.

"Sure."
