Kabhi socha nahi ki main technique itna simple hoga! Ab mujhe 3 flavors chahiye .. tomato, papri chàat aur salt n vinegar. Uncle Chips me aata tha kuch 25-30 saal pehele..
The Secrete is Potato Starch. which you didn't wash off. by cooking it on low temperature will helps not burning the starch and makes the chip Crispy. Stay Blessed.
@@smm5736 It dose not Matter that the Starch is washed or not. Starch will give extra Crunch to the chip. Main purpose is to Fry it On Medium Heat and keep Stir while frying. Fry it until frying bubbles/Foam Decrease to its minimal and the chip comes on top and release all its moisture. after frying keep the chips on a Cooling rack for rest about 5 minutes. Cooling Rack will help to crisp as it helps to release all heat from chips and not letting the chips get soggy. Hope it Helps.
This didn't turn out as desired. Definitely the potato has to be of a certain grade. Amount of water and starch in potato matters a lot in the resulting quality of chips.
