Hello ma'am, Thank you so much for the video. The question that you asked should a person leave the company if they're not loyal. From my perspective yes, because disloyalty or dishonesty is something that can hamper a company's goodwill on a very large scale. And Qatar Airways is not a comapny who's going to put their name at stake for an employee who cannot even be loyal.
Similar questions were asked from me but aslo they asked ''What will you do if someone/passenger starts crying in front of you'' & What will you do when everything around you starts to fall apart or nothing is going your way. I wasn't prepared for this but I gave them my honest answer and what I was feeling .
If someone is sealing something first i will make sure that i must have seen that person stealing something with my own eyes. Just bcz other employee is telling me i won't make any judgement.. If he or she is really stealing something then definitely i will highlight this to my manager or supervisor only not to other employee bcz i know the value of loyalty this behavior is not acceptable. And this behavior doesn't brings required result for which whole team is working for. This is right answer or i need to add something here..
Keeping the reputation of the airline. In the full glear of passenger I will not immediately react to the situation but after the issue I will personally approach the co worker and discuss the issue and later report to the team leader for the necessary descipline action to be taken

Ok when I see a colleague stealing, first of all I will advice him that stealing is a very bad thing to do and it speaks very low and ill of you as a cabin crew, and advice him to change, then tell him that next time i will have no choice than to report him

Found your explanatory notes for the second half of the video very useful, especially as a quick go through tool before a scheduled interview with the recruitment team. Just a personal observation during my recent Mumbai interview - guess Qatar has started hiring good number of male candidates during this round of interview cycle. Many had qualified for subsequent rounds. I couldn't perhaps of a visible scar, but I am working on it.

Now there are two applications showing in my portal. On one the date is 15th and the second one 21st. One is MBR CC External and the latest one Under Review.

@@ishasah6292 so I applied to all the opportunities with poor quality cv no photos , no Id proof nothing and literally I got rejected yesterday 😭 and at night I got really good quality pictures and editing my cv and around 9:30pm I resubmitted all my under review status application and literally today(16th march) at 8:15pm I got invitation which I’m still in shock😬 I’m from Ahmedabad but have interview in Delhi! And for the main application I applied on 1st march trust me these were longest 15 days of my life 😭 Please pray for me that I get in tho🤍

Yes you need to have a vaccination certificate which is issued after two doses so you are technically not eligible if they ask you to carry it along.

I applied in february and after a few days the status changed to MBR external but after some days it got forwarded to new event and since then the status is under review. Can you please give some clarity ?
@@ishasah6292 so I applied to all the opportunities with poor quality cv no photos , no Id proof nothing and literally I got rejected yesterday 😭 and at night I got really good quality pictures and editing my cv and around 9:30pm I resubmitted all my under review status application and literally today(16th march) at 8:15pm I got invitation which I’m still in shock😬
I’m from Ahmedabad but have interview in Delhi! And for the main application I applied on 1st march trust me these were longest 15 days of my life 😭
