Love your reviews, they are so informative about everything on the car without lapsing into Jeremy Clarkson-esque rubbish 😁 I've watched most of your Civic Mk10 videos and on the strength of them I'm now looking for a 1.5 Sport here in England 🙂
Update: Test drove a low mileage 2021 Civic Sport 1.5 CVT in Rallye Red and the car was even better than I was expecting. Very comfortable, feels really solid compared to my older Civic, and absolutely stuck to the road. I pick it up in one month . . . can't wait 😁
Just purchased a 2019 1.5 manual in England after watching many of your reviews. Gave it a thrashing on the test drive (sorry) and cant wait to pick it up next week. The engine and chasis really are a great pairing
Lovely to see a Civic 1.5 GT. I owned a 2017 grey one ( not with leather interior) and I loved it. I was so economical on fuel. Can I ask what car the lady replaced it withas they’re no longer available. Great video 👍🏻
Unfortunately I can’t elaborate.. I’m ireland we don’t have the issue but I see lots of Americans and Canadians talking about it .. oil dilution unfortunately is more common on modern cars .. the only thing I can think is that in ireland we changed the oil every 8000/9000 kms … as a result maybe that’s why we don’t have the issue as i think the oil does not get changed as regularly in USA / Canada ?? We have drivers with 1.5 engines in ireland with over 120000 kms and no oil dilution issues. If you go for one , change the oil regularly and it should help avoid the issue 🙂
@Brian Doolan at Fitzpatricks Garage Kildare I'm thinking to get one in the near future as I like Honda Civic and this engine configuration. 1.5, 182 bhp. I live in London...The reviews I read about the models between 2018 up to 2022, they haven't solved the issue yet...Please advise! Many thanks.
@@eduardchirila7930 we sold that model since 2017 .. we had 0 oil dilution issues but we ensured our customers changed oil every 8000-9000kms , that’s my experience 🙂👍

Fantastic car Brian and a great tour as always, really enjoyed it.
💪🙂Thanks Ferg
There are so many things in that 2018 that even our 2021's don't have.
This one is pretty high spec to be fair , also our cars are dearer so this car as a 2018 was 25000€ !
Really nice car, has everything. With the premium audio, does it have any amplifier or just upgraded speakers? Great video
Thanks for watching! Just bigger speakers ! I’m unaware of an amplifier, but I stand to be corrected
Great reviews, this car is just beautiful, that interior is especially gorgeous, would love one of these with that interior
Hey thanks for watching David 👍

Thanks for watching! She went back to a BMW again .. X3 this time 🙂
Very nice. I now drive a VW ID.3. Happy with it so far !! 🤞🏻Thanks Brian 👍🏻

Sir, do you know where to buy that mat/cover to put in the boot/trunk?
You can buy this from a Honda dealer , what country are you in ??
Alright thanks! belgium. Im headed too honda garage next week, ill ask them.
@@Noodlehustle I think it’s termed trunk liner! They should be able to help you, but they are expensive, circa €100-€150😱🙂
@@doolanbrian alright thank you for the replys !
@@doolanbrian ooohh btw, the honda GT Vtec 1.5 turbo, is this the same as the civic 1.5l sport plus. I dont find honda civics GT turbo's in BE.
Can you please explain about the oil dilution problems? People are complaining about this, who can produce serious problems to the engine!

@@eduardchirila7930 the important thing when you purchase is to get one with a really good solid service history!
On my CRV Touring, I call that voice "Mrs. Garmin". And I tell her to shut up all the time! And sometimes stronger language than that.

Did you guys ever get the coupe?
Never in Europe 😕
Lovely cars and thankfully not an SUV clone
Are you collecting i20 next week ??
@@doolanbrian yes on Monday I’m like a kid at Christmas! Will send some pics over.
