Full journey from Interlaken Ost to Jungfraujoch

Yes, here's the list:
Interlaken Ost- Lauterbrunnen
Lauterbrunnen - Kleine Scheidegg
Kleine Scheidegg - Jungfraujoch
You now have another option:
Interlaken Ost - Grindelwald Terminal
Grindelwald Terminal - Eigergletscher
Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch
I would suggest going up with either route and go back with the other one. So you can ride with the new Eiger Express and enjoy the stunning view of the Eiger North Face and also discover the scenic Lauterbrunnen.
