But I think from youre comments you didnt see the solo from 6:26 to around 7 mins or so, so if you watch the whole vid leading up to that solo, Im sure youll admire the solo that is played, because it truly is awesome.
@JohnEddy123 He basically uses the minor pentatonic scale, specially the position where da key in on the low e string. Ex. If da jam is on E minor then use the position on the 12 fret.

I think Anthony should start improvising lyrics! But then again something about the song has to stay the same or theres sort of nothing to base the new stuff around. I agree, if his is bored, write more songs!
Yeah I know, but it does sound similar, wouldn't you agree. I'd say that's why you can hear the crowd go wild the instance they realise what song is about to be sung (around 3.46 minute mark). Slane was fairly freestyle and this is another form of it and so isnt exactly the same but you can definetly hear a resemblance, besides AK using more vocals this time, can't you? Great song though

Flea has interesting bass line for every chili pepper song.. thats what makes him great.. and he always improvises ,,you never here him play the same improv. he' s a champ at it. Duff doesnt even come close
The one with all the effects? Abit of change from the usual isnt all that bad, improvisation and modifications are all a part of live music. But I can imagine it not being for all. Still a great video though

john has a mrx micro amp in his pedal board, so you click it on with your foot and it gives a volume boost, and it gives overdrive.
naaaaaaaaaaaaa not really, it takes a lot of rhytmn and a lot of musical understanding to make good music during you are jamming.
john's solo makes me cry of happiness ;) flea instead makes me crazy xD
