Just because I noticed you were a little confused, in the extra skins tab the first 3 skins (Pumpiggy, Crove and Reindessa) are there permanently, there weren’t any quests to unlock them, they were just skins related to the different events (eg Reindessa was released with the Christmas event) that wouldn’t really have made sense to be in either of the other 2 tabs
