I love this series! I’ve watched all 3 seasons to better prepare myself as I solo hike and travel a lot. Could you do an episode on what to do if you’re approached or attacked by more than one person? Thanks!
How did your training partner make the head protection gear? I am trying to teach my solo traveling daugther self defense in a realistic situation. But, obviously I don't wanna hurt my head falling down. Great series btw!
Don's head protection is custom made by the team at IMPACT Personal Safety for all of our instructors. I love that you are teaching your daughter self-defense! If she's ever in a city where there is an IMPACT chapter, we'd love to have her in class. And thank you for your kind words! :)
