16:35 - You forgot to subtract -1 from your damage due to the Armor of the Possessor. You could've easily finish him with your next attack of 3 dmg + 1 Cutlass (unless you've missed) but you should've use another energy. Unfortunately since you were wrongfully on 1 hp of the Possessor you used the default attack not expending energy. 18:08 - That showed your lack of experience with Tin Helm. The Stash is the best card on it's opposite side. It have a Shard if you draw a treasure chest symbol. It have a Rat enemy (easy and giving a food when killed). It have a 0 (zero) dmg trap and it have the awsome Altar. Always turn over the Stash card. Absolutely every time! For example at 23:16 you got the Shield from the Quarters which is nice, however you could've get a Shard instead (turning the Stash over and getting the treasure chest symbol from the Quarters). The Stash card is the best when turned over. This game starts to shine when you learn all the cards (both sides). Than you can start planning and really improving your odds of winning. For example on the last 2 cards of each dungeon level (one card you see one you don't) you know what the last hidden card is because you know all the rest drawn so far. There are only 12 locations so with enough play and remembering soon enough you know them all. I've played around 30 games but around 20 I already remembered all the cards and their icons. 20:52 - 1 food can be consumed to gain 1 hp OR 1 energy. By resting you could've gain 2 hp and 2 energy (1+1 from the Books) which is equal to spending 4 points of food. Choosing just 1 food there is severely suboptimal. You already had 1 food for the traveling to the next dungeon level anyway (and a full new dungeon level to find more food in the future). 22:52 - again you forgot the Armor of the enemy. 24:46 - After you fought the Speyeder you forgot to roll for food in the Water. 25:32 - The Sanctum have a Possessor (the only place they are residing). It's always good to be fought (turn the card around). You did it (just because you didn't wanted to deal with the trap), but unfortunately you didn't got a monster symbol, otherwise you would've fought a Possessor and win the run right there gaining your last shard. Unlucky but that's the cool thing about the random draw. 27:50 - you counted your +1 from Cutlass but you shouldn't because the Wraith is Undead. So in 28:28 you can't finish him without spending energy. Later it seems you just switched the Cutlass effect here 31:12. It's easy to remember Mace against Undead (imagine the classic Mace carried by a Cleric or Parson as it's called in this game) and Cutlass against Not Undead. 30:21 - You are right to fish for a Possessor - good choice. And after that you found Possessor at 31:30 by attempting to avoid a monster. For future just remember that the Possessors are residing in the Sanctum and go for it - turn over the Sanctum - there are 6 cards with monster symbol (the most common symbol of them all), so the chance of fighting a Possessor by turning their Sanctum is pretty good. 32:44 - Here's where you lose your shield. "Discard the shield if you take 6 or more damage in a single blow". This happens only when a monster with +1 damage rolls 1 and 6 (the maximum of 5 damage). 34:42 - No. We should not add but we should SUBSTRACT the Dungeon Level x 2. So you substract 6 (3 x 2) from 57 and your score is 51. Despite all the corrections it was very fun to watch. I love that game. And I appreciate your videos. Keep up the great work.
I’m not sure it would have made much difference. I read through that thoughtful comment about what was missed and I think you could have pulled it out.
@@lone_adventurer I can't find any thing on this promo........I'm so ready for Tin Helm and Gate/s. I should just wait on this promo but when and how!?!? lol
@@PincheHugo_130 hey hey! If you want them, go for them! The promo pack was only announced last week, but I doubt it will be long before it happens. To keep up to date, I'd suggest joining the Grey Gnome Games group on Facebook. It is very possible that those games will be add-ons on the crowd-sale campaign on The Game Crafter for the promo-pack.

Very thorough - glad you still enjoyed despite the errors and thanks for taking the time to comment. I'll pin your comment so others can refer to it!
Looks like an interesting travel game, I'll take a look at this and it's expansions. Many thanks for sharing👍
You're welcome. Yes - it's perfect for travelling!
This was fun going back to see how the predecessor of Tin Realm played out. Im certainly looking into purchasing these games at some point.
Good little games, and I'm just a sucker for such visually appealing, carefully designed games!
Great playthrough. I am waiting for my Tin Helm arrive. Watching your playthrough looks like Tin Helm is easier to be beaten than Iron Helm. Cheers
I have a feeling you might be right, though I did make a couple of mistakes 🙂 glad you enjoyed the playthrough!
What a clever little game!
That it is 👍
Volume 2 is dig down dwarf!
You kept ignoring the second icon on the rooms, like water and campsites. That might have helped out...
Congratulations 🎉
It can be a pretty unforgiving game.
Ha, thanks! Think I may have made a couple of errors that worked in my favour 😁

@@timr8679 I think you may be right, I was just making a token effort at being humble 😉
I'm sicked to order this .....had no idea of the Easter Eggs in Gate 😂😂😂 now am gonna have to order it too 😅 it's a neat game anywho 😊
