Wisp guy played low key them. Great product, humble, genuine. He had 300K of product to sell. He didn't need money he needed exposure, fast. Guarantee that 300K of product is sold now for over 500K revenue.
The broom guys main selling point was it’s a pain to bend over to scoop...but you still have to bend over to place the pan and again to pick it up....the pan needed a handle too. For that reason I’m out but will take my royalties
All that needed to be said by the Wisp Guy was, "Yes," to Kevin's offer and keep his mouth closed. This spoke volumes to the fact that he is indeed NOT a salesperson, which he is in desperate need of. All the best to him in finding someone who can close the deals for him. I'm out.
The wisp invention reminds me of the broom that had a scraper built in it and the shark were fighting over it so much it made the guy realize how good it was and rejected all their offers
Ok the guy is awfully full of himself, but I really like the concept of beSomebody. There's so much I'd like to learn from an expert and I would definitely pay good money for that experience
Marks comment “Go be somebody bro” was perfectly timed. Lol in all honesty tho, Mark gets pretty angry over petty things. Imagine having all that money and being so angry all the time.
I have some thoughts on the Be Somebody guy. Daymond's reason, too much liability, would literally be offset by the same type of waiver that trampoline places and ninja warrior gyms, and bungee jump, skydiving ect already use. Basically most outfits that sell an "adventure experience." They have those ironclad waivers of responsibility. So liability wouldnt be an issue if he forgot about making his talent in the platform get liability insurance to be on the platform. You are not going to get much new talent lined up that way. Just go the waiver route. But he came in cussing, yelling at the sharks, and you have to read the room. Mark is the type that considers himself macho. So immediately when somebody comes in hollering, cussing, and and saying "im calling YOU out," to a panel of arrogant (yes arrogant) sharks, its an L. First and last mistake.Psychologically, you went from a position of challenge instead of a position of collaboration. If you challenge them, at least one or all of them will show you why they are called sharks. They didnt like his challenging and confrontational tone, I guarantee it. L
I think that's read to much into it. The reason they got on him is because he couldn't answer basic questions. When daymond asked the question its other purpose was just to gauge how much forethought he was putting into his business and his ability to predict situations. He didn't explain how he'd make money or really how the business worked at all. He just essentially said I made a hashtag invest in me.
People are the most expensive things in the world. This makes liability the most expensive thing in the world. It doesn't matter what waivers you have someone sign. If a father of 4 gets killed in an accident, that's a lawsuit big enough to shut down a company like this.
The sharks never gave him a chance to listen either. They were speaking over each other like little kids. their egos were bruised after someone finally called them for caring more about money than people.
The guy's approach was horrible but the Sharks were dropping one by one because it was the fact he couldn't give any facts. The dude is all talk and no substance. Like it or not, Mark is a top dog, especially on the show. Look past their individual personalities and look at the businessman/businesswoman they are. None of those people are going to like being challenged by a young entrepreneur who is walking on the show looking for their help. It's like someone trying to educate you on something you know for a fact you are more experienced and knowledgeable about. Person gets annoying FAST if they refuse to listen.

lori ended up helping him market it and now the company is worth 14m
Wisp 2022 net worth up to $14 millions dollars.. thanks to Lori plus QVC helping the poor guy out.. he's back up on his feet 🦶 plus with $$$
Legend has it that he's still sweeping the floor 😂
@@mylene_b And yet you only sit at home, you lazy potato.
Man i felt for the wisp guy forreal. he just needed a business mind. hopefully his business is prospering now.
This series is an eye opener. I have a long way to go if I become a full time entrepreneur.
Wisp guy played low key them. Great product, humble, genuine. He had 300K of product to sell. He didn't need money he needed exposure, fast.
Guarantee that 300K of product is sold now for over 500K revenue.
I love how the second guy awkwardly wisping the floor while getting roasted is the most replayed part of this video 😂
Robert may not be the richest but he deff is the coolest
The Wisp man is the funniest man Iv seen so far...sweeping under pressure
I swear 😂
8:28 Kevin's face when he says patented😂
lol
Kevin:”I don’t loose 500k, I don’t do that ever”
Ftx:😅
28:40 😂 absolute savage
The broom guys main selling point was it’s a pain to bend over to scoop...but you still have to bend over to place the pan and again to pick it up....the pan needed a handle too. For that reason I’m out but will take my royalties
"I own a basketball team and I'm smart enough not to put myself on the court" was legendary
Ikr
At 25:22: Barbara trying to get Kash’s attention so she can say “I’m out”
wisp guy has a net worth of $32 million ,its amazing that he managed to get out of his mess
Patents make money.
All that needed to be said by the Wisp Guy was, "Yes," to Kevin's offer and keep his mouth closed.
This spoke volumes to the fact that he is indeed NOT a salesperson, which he is in desperate need of. All the best to him in finding someone who can close the deals for him. I'm out.
That poor sweet Wisp fella. I hope he gets his happily ever after.
I love how Robert is always the guinea pig for the wierder pitches. Zuum shoes, plunge tubs haha
Love how the Wisp guy kept sweeping throughout the negotiation
The face Mark is making at 19:11 is a mood
I would’ve been out right there
First pair of guys gave me flashbacks of high school when a teacher would ask me a question I didn't know the answer to
kash just goes on and on, uncontrollerable
5:58 Kevin trying to be nice and then he remembers he needs to speak the truth to stop people wasting their money lol
I love Lori, always asks relevant practical questions. She’s class!!!
The very end… “go be somebody bro”. I almost died.
Mark saying "go be somebody" to the last guy was rough. Like, I was waiting to hear, Finish Him!
The wisp invention reminds me of the broom that had a scraper built in it and the shark were fighting over it so much it made the guy realize how good it was and rejected all their offers
the ending when mark be like "go be somebody bro" had me nuts 😂
Still sweeping the floor while delivering your pitch!!☺️lol
Can we get a director's cut with just Barbara?
That last one did not know how to shut up. Rude, preachy, unable to hear the people he’s begging help from. Uncoachable. He deserves what he got.
Too big of an ego
"This sucks. I hate it. I'm out."
"Thank you Kevin."
Lmaoooooooooooo
Ok the guy is awfully full of himself, but I really like the concept of beSomebody. There's so much I'd like to learn from an expert and I would definitely pay good money for that experience
It's not that the idea isn't interesting... it's that the wrong person is trying to execute the idea.
Just use Masterclass
Airbnb experiences and Groupon.
The only thing any of these sharks are experts on is ripping people off and stepping on people.
“did you bring a collection plate?” 🤣🤣
Damn mark was brutal to the last guy. And the last line go be somebody bro ! Bahaha 🤣 if I was that guy I would have died inside right then.
yeah but today its multi million business
@@deadlock1307he's selling snake oil tho
Mark saying kumbaya at 27:53 to finish Kevin's sentence 😂
Marks comment “Go be somebody bro” was perfectly timed. Lol in all honesty tho, Mark gets pretty angry over petty things. Imagine having all that money and being so angry all the time.
Because the guy wasn’t listening.
“Go be somebody bro”
UNDERRATED 😂
Last dude is a real life Jean-Ralphio😂
the “go be somebody” the second before he got kicked off killed me🤣🤣
The Be Somebody dude probably came in being one of Marks biggest fans then walked out hating him lol
Supervillain origin
I love that all the showy entertainment did not deter the sharks from seeing right through this individual. Good for them.
“Go be somebody bro” SAVAGE 😂
The wisp guy started sweeping when he got nervous and started getting chewed out . That was sad but hilarious 😂
Marks ‘go be somebody’ killed me😅😂
Damn feel bad for the 2nd guy 😬 seems like a great product
lori ended up helping him market it and now the company is worth 14m
The editors knew what they were doing when they put Barbara’s picture first on the thumbnail for this video 🤣
@@Shifty319the pitch is usually an hour long, it’s just edited, that’s why it may seem like they didn’t let him talk
Sharks talking serious business
Dude starts sweeping💀💀💀
