Hi,
You can see the "publish website" option next to the "share" button on the top bar while making a website on canva.
If you can't locate it, maybe because of the student account I guess.
Let me know what we can help.

We can only create simple static website through Canva not complex one.

Canva will host your website whether you have a pro account or not.
It will host your website on it's domain
