i am currently a 3rd year medical student aspiring emergency medicine as my residency and planning to do critical care fellowship, since i want to help all types of patients in a critical setting, could i train in neurocritical care despite not being a neurology resident? hope u can answer thank you neurosurgery is also not for me
From what I’ve found and discussed, this is currently an option, but the board is moving away from accepting non-neurology resident for neurocrit fellowships due to the complexity of neurological intensive care.
