Not necessarily, depends on nakshtra in which Jupiter is placed and also the ascendant sign matters, i have Jupiter in Scorpio ascendent in tha nakshtra of mercury I'm not fat but lean, my lagna lord Mars is also in the nakshtra of Mercury in cancer, so mercury traits are more pronounced, than of Jupiter and Mars, more over Saturn too aspect my lagna😢i easily loose weight if I have to work for more hours.
