this is actually such big progress with oli and toni!! it always takes a while but you guys are so close. it seems like oli is trying to play with toni - him chasing her around and approaching her comes from him having met other cats before back at MCT and knowing how to initiate play/friendly interaction (he liked wrestling with his siblings and chasing them around the floor for sure). obviously toni is seeing this as hostile because she doesn't understand it - my own girl was like this too when we got our more socialized kitten - he had no fear and kept trying to approach her to play but she would lash out because she didn't get it. once they get on the same wavelength and learn HOW to play with each other, they'll be golden though. keep up the good work guys!!

@@moremeimei of course! i think i mentioned in an old comment he was a volunteer favorite back at MCT, he was just so friendly and cuddly. we used to call him liquid boy cause he gets so floppy in your arms when he's relaxed, lol. he was a perfect kitten to teach kids how to hold one. hope you guys are doing well, i know this sort of kitten-cat meeting limbo situation can be stressful the longer it goes on but i have faith toni will eventually warm up to him and you'll have some peace and order in the house soon!
I literally have those same exact wontons in my freezer -- the pork and shrimp ones are my absolute favorites!! 🥟🤍 and as someone who has worked at 3 different boba shops, I'd recommend watering the syrup down with a bit of hot water (if it's the really thick kind of syrup), add your toppings, then add your ice, then add your tea. you could also switch up the order of ice and tea but the only drawback to adding ice last is the risk of splashing, depending on the kind of cup you use.

Hi Meimei & Bird….Toni be nice to Oli…I think they’re doing great. Such progress from when you started. One day your video will have them playing and curled up together sleeping. I cannot get over how Miss Toni’s fur colouring/markings are so similar to Miss Soda. It’s like they’re long lost sisters. When I adopted Miss Soda she was described as “diluted calico”. It was so nice seeing your Mom…it’s been awhile and I adore her!!! Take care all 😊🇨🇦🐈

yes! the specific one that I always use is chinkiang black vinegar! I get it at my local asian supermarket :)
Meimei!! I was working on Monday, or was it Tuesday... anyways that day at the facility I was working at, one of the residents had their TV on the news. I was hearing a voice that sounded so familiar, and I was like... Is that Meimei's mom?! It sounds just like her!! So I go over to check the TV and sure enough it was her!! I was so shocked but it was so cool seeing her face on TV!! I just had to comment that :D

my favorite quest game is "i expect you to die" and its an escape room game! i also like "keep talking and nobody explodes" which is a puzzle solving game you can play with Bird! one person would be in the headset solving the puzzle and one person would be reading the manual on their phone. These both sound very violent but they are not! LOL

PS- I’ve had multiple cat introductions and it looks like are probably as adjusted as they are going to get with supervision. They will figure it out! Kittens often need extra reminders for how to have good kitty manners. Keep up the wet food next to each other and they will be just fine 😊
