    How do you know the local salt is enough

      It depends on how concentrated the local salt is, if it's very concentrated you put little but if it's less concentrated you put a little bit more

    Thanks for this video. Boo is one of my favourites. I don’t think we can buy the boo leaves here in New Zealand so I might need to grow my own. Is the ‘local salt’ like bicarbonate of soda? Thank you again
