ASMR Le Mans Track '66 Roleplay inspired by Ford v Ferrari (Paper Sounds)

- Ferrari may have won the day at Le Mans 2024, but once upon a time their dominance was thwarted in a big, big way by the emergence of the GT40. Although it raced for Ford, the GT40 began life as a British Lola Mk6 and was refined and driven to victory by a British driver Ken Miles. This is a strange little role-play inspired by Miles, Le Mans, and the GT40, adapted loosely from the film Ford v Ferrari.
Thanks to my sweet son for sharing some of his art for the roleplay. He's named after a winning driver himself, but he's truly the champion of my heart.

Hi, everyone! I hope you enjoy this peculiar little roleplay and congratulations to Ferrari for a great showing at Le Mans this year! I’m sorry my video and audio have been a bit inconsistent. The auto zooming should stop after this video-curse it! I’ve been getting new gear and working on a new setup but just haven’t had a ton of extra time to test and adjust. I’ve decided to learn by doing so I can get content out while making upgrades, so thanks for bearing with me.

I always liked that your ASMR videos were so out of the box and unique, it's really a part of the charm of your content. There are some great creators out there, but I have found that over the years a lot of ASMR has become repetitive and samey. You came back, with your unique creativity, right when I and everyone else needed you :)
You really captured Christian Bale/Ken Miles' permanent sarcastic tone right at the start. A lovely film, thoroughly enjoyed both the racing & personal aspects of Ken's life.
I wrestled with doing the accent but decided to spare everyone 🤣I'm glad you liked the film, too. I really feel so sad the world didn't get to know Miles longer. I feel he had so much to offer. Thank you for watching my little roleplay 🥰

Fun fact: I'm friends with people who knew Ken Miles. They, the friends, were also racers. "There's nothing in the rules saying we can't do X, so we're doing X" is truly the spirit of racing.

@@orio_3 No, but my friend was trackside for this last one and I was really jealous. It's on my list of dreams, for sure. I've been to some F1 GPs and a lot of other lower-level races throughout my life and really enjoy karting when I can.
@SpringbokASMR Le Mans is incrediblee to go to yeah, I'd definitely recommend it :) although it's been a bit too busy in the last two years since Hypercar arrived 😂 the vibes there are just unlike any other race, very relaxed and just an incredible place to spend time while constantly having cars go by, a race fans dream
