I found the more you disciple the less frustrated you get with those who you THINK are disciples but they “just don’t get it” WRONG, Shereen! God decides who, how and what depth of discipleship any child of God is at any one time. It’s NOT (currently) my job to pass on the knowledge and wisdom, that’s His job. My job is to seek Him with all my heart and to pass on the beautiful gospel of Jesus Christ. Everyone’s journey is unique. Pointless getting frustrated if God hasn’t allowed them access to that on their journey yet.
..not all pastors are "evangelistic" equipped as many of them are a crossover with the teacher. An evangelist is a lousy pastor, though.. But a shepherd Gard's the herd and should be able to stand shoulder to shoulder to oposite gifted as yourself, and must be able to lead a person to Christ,yes indeed..
This "climbing to the top" where does it come from? There are other ways to check out if a person is humble! It tells more about a leaders abusive caracther to humiliate others. Not everyone cleaning toilets are even seeking administrative work either
