Clean the cartridge, leave it in vinegar for half an hour, and clean it with dish washer. Clean also the rubber gasket near the needle on the machine, there could also be some dirt on the magnet. Hope it works for you.
Thanks for your comment, unfortunately this is a new one, it's used 3 time's only , I did clean it will with hot water and a brush, it's like that from the first use.
@@nourmakhlouf1217 does it happen too, when you use Nestle pods? if so, I think you should return it
@@jefrishah7545 you're right, and therefore I'm not using this 1st gen. capsule anymore, I have started using the 3rd generation, and it can hold the pressure.
@@Anders_EU can you share pics of the 3rd gen model..? I missed that one.
I have those capsules in my both houses and never had that problem, but I dont use that lid, my lids just have a hoke on them and thot that inside protector near the lid
You should clean up the machine first! Now I fel like that coffee will give tummy ache.
Try different grinding coffee powder. Coarse coffee powder may work without leakages.
I have the same problem, the capsule is not quite good..
Did u get a solution please?
i think that plastic seal not strong enough with pressure so water leak up from seal....measure how much coffee and size at least use 1 1/4 table spoon and grind coffee bean like texture sea salt..
I have the same prob
Cleansing and coffee should go together
does it break the machine?
Just tried mine there. Works fine. The thing is, when I make ground coffee usually, I use 2 table spoons of coffee with the old strainer. There is no way you can fit 2 table speens of coffee in these, 1 will fill it to the max. So you gotta buy a strong blend. But it does work really well and there is no grains at the bottom of the cup!
