Hey Tom, what about Gen X? Will we/they not get anything? I'm curious as to why Gen X is skipped over in media segments about "The Great Wealth Transfer." We/they are the silent ones taking care of aging parents (The Sandwich Generation), yet we/they get no coverage. What gives . . . :) LOL Seriously though, thoughts?
We Gen X are the invisible generation, latch key kids, raised by our peers, or Saturday morning cartoons. No one is going to save us (or leave us anything).
It's crucial for older and younger entrepreneurs to collaborate, invest in startups, coaching, and guide the younger generations towards responsible growth to ensure a balanced future for capitalism.
the only thing i think may be interesting about this great transfer is the prediction that allot of this wealth will go to women….besides that i think it’ll be businesses as usual.
