      @@fafdaafggh9548you just need the right mindset. For example, if you can't do the save 50percent salary on savings and 50 on gastos, you can start slow at steady 1k or 500 per sahod. Discipline yourself that you must always leave that amount straight away to savings and never, NEVER touch it unless the REAL emergency comes. After saving up your first 10-50k will you build the habit of saving up. Learn to suppress cravings and spending that won't change your daily life into betterment aka food cravings, motorcycle parts upgrades etc.

    Ayaw na ayaw ng Pinoy pinag uusapan ang sahod whereas sa U.S lantaran dun ang annual salary mo at net worth mo. Marami tuloy dito sa pinas hindi pina priority ang net worth at mag aanak nalang end up ginagawang retirement fund ang anak tulad ng magulang ni Carlos Yulo. Hindi issue kita ni C.Y kung may savings at investment ang magulang nya. Imagine a 2x Olympic Gold legend na nag antay tayo ng 1 Century bago magkaroon nag end up na minamasama ng maraming Pinoy dahil sa toxic mindset na dapat pera ng anak is pera ng magulang.

    Median means there are more people who are earning at the same rate. Say for example for 25-34 Age Group most people are earning 18k than fewer within the age group who were earning 27k. Also fewer still earmung more than that.
    Better lool at the Median rase kasi sila talaga ung pi aka madaming tao na nakakasahod ng same salary

    • @ReadyToBeRichYT
      @ReadyToBeRichYT  3 місяці тому +1

      It's still good to invest in the index, especially for moderately conservative investors. For the PSEI, I suggest buying FMETF instead of an index fund. Index fund investing is really for the long-term investors, 10 years or more holding period.

    Sir, investing only in your 40’s? That’s late! 17:50 Invest already in your 40’s and 50’s will not meet your retirement needs. One should start as early as possible, preferably as soon as you start working. Perhaps in the early 20’s.

    15k salary recommendation yan 10 years ago, not recommended these days. Please dont recommend bad starting salary. Ang recommended starting salary na ngayon, need nakakasabay sa bilihin, nakakabili ng kailangan bilhin maski newly grad pa lang, para mas may budget din sila sa mga magagandang items sa market, in the long run mas maganda ikot ng pera. Please recommend magkano ang kailangan sahod ng tao para mabuhay ng maganda sa araw araw at may ipon. These days you will want your citizen to be earning atleast 30k per month for newly grad. More salary, more purchasing power, money flows better in my opinion which is more close to reality, than 15K.

    Question po. I usually count my savings rate and investment rate separately. I have 37.5% investment rate and 27.5% savings rate. Sa 'How Big Should Your Savings Be?' portion, it says in your 20s it's encouraged to have 50% savings rate. I'm in my 20's but my strict savings rate (no investment rate accounted for) is only 27.5%. But if I include my investment rate together with savings it become 65%. Should I be including my investments together with my savings to get a more accurate savings rate?

    • @ReadyToBeRichYT
      @ReadyToBeRichYT  3 місяці тому +2

      For the video, the savings rate and investment rate are considered as one (added together). Just remember that when you have enough savings as your emergency fund (maximum of 1 year's worth of expenses), you can treat all that you can set aside monthly as your investment fund. No need to save more money, you can invest everything.

      @@ReadyToBeRichYT wow that's a new concept to me, do you have any videos on your channel that explain that strategy?

    • @ReadyToBeRichYT
      @ReadyToBeRichYT  3 місяці тому +2

      I don't really have a video about this strategy, but I always mention it whenever the topic is about emergency funds. That you should save first and build your EF, and once that's done - go ahead and invest all your surplus. However, when I say invest, it's not putting all your money wherever. It's good to build a portfolio of low-, moderate-, and high-risk investments that can help you achieve your financial goals.

    It's really sad, I've been researching how US workers and small businesses dun behave and kasama na dun ung mga salaries and income.
    hindi gumagalaw ang federal minimum wage kasi mahirap iadjust since anlake ng bansa, but wala pakong naencounter na pinapasahod ng 7.5usd per hour, which is the minimum.
    kaya dapat may progressive pathway ang sahod dito, like taiwan and other countries, hindi ung kung ano lang mapagdesisyonan ng congress bago mag election para bumango pangalan.
    natatakot sila sa immediate effect eh mag cocorrection din naman un, most likely tataas din bilihin with relation sa pag taas ng sahod, but tataas din GDP, kainis nagpapagamit masyado sa mga malalaking PEZA corps
