Thanks a lot for all of the recipes that you share with us! Those 'Baby Block' cake toppers look so cute! I really have to try to make them someday. But I did make your buttercream recipe, and macarons for my uncle and they turned out delicious! I've also made your vanilla cupcakes for my family and everyone loved them, so tomorrow I'll be making them again! You've made my favorite day of the week Friday!!!!!!!!!
I have this mould. I, as a professional Baker I can never find fault in any of your tutorials, you make it very clear and easy to follow for anyone wanting to learn how to bake and get into cake decorating.well done. You're an inspiration to our industry ❤🎂🍰🧁
It's a great way to add text or numbers onto a baby themed cake. You could also use the same idea for creating things like a dice or little cute present boxes to add onto your cakes.
Definitely I loveeeee them ♥️♥️♥️ ABCs cube are beautiful. I watched your videos for a while and I will to start to do something now. But where I can buy all the cooking tools? I’m from California ♥️
Hello - thanks so much for this video, it’s awesome and will make everything so much easier and quicker! Could you tell me the dimensions of the mold please? I followed the link to the site but it’s not in the item description. Thank you 😊
Hi Lynz I love the blocks, wish I'd had that mould when I did a christening cake. I hate tappits they drive me mad 😡 I've even dried out the paste for a while and still have trouble. Any advice?
Thank you for showing three different techniques that was very helpful now no matter which way I go I can't go wrong one other question isn't there a way to make homemade glue paste
Hi Lorraine, You are so welcome, I'm so glad you like them. Yes you can make edible glue, I usually buy mine or if I need something that is sticky for fondant I mix a little water with icing sugar and it makes a thick paste which is great for sticking bits together. I do know there are some tutorials for making actual edible glue though.
I’ve been asked to do a christening cake with blocks on it with the child’s name on it. The cake will be 8” are the block moulds too big to fit on the cake? The child’s name is Louie.
I'm so glad you like them. I actually have a tutorial on how to make a fondant crown which I created for a princess cake. Here's the link to the video ua-cam.com/video/D4sahLhwqhA/v-deo.html
