so far as I know, every time we learn about Netero's age we hear it like "he came down from the mountain over 60 years ago" or something similar, "over 60" may be like 60-65, but may as well be 100 or more. Once again: one of the older characters in the series says that Netero was old when he was an infant. Also in the manga Beans says Netero had been telling him he was about 100 for nearly 20 years. there is some speculation that he has eaten some stuff in the dark continent that made him immortal to aging, but even if that isn't the case keeping up Ten prevents aging.
