My problem is that I tend to either look up or close my eyes so I focus more on where the movement of the nunchucks are going to go, I also tend to walk while I practice so that way it challenges my mind to do two different things at once, after all I like the challenge of bettering myself through constant hurdles and challenges. A very nicely explained tutorial 😁
Thank you! Having a distraction especially when performing routine moves can really help to improve the versatility of your spinning techniques later on. Therefore, it is not a problem to mix things up so that you are able to adjust to a variety of situations.
