If you face the clamp to the mirror you won't get the crimp at the bottom when curling away from the face. I just got one and love it. I had my niece helping me to figure it out. You're hair turned out great.
Hey love! I have 3 Beachwavers, and I absolutely love them! I’ve been practicing for a while, so in order to not get the clamp mark in your hair, twist it the other way. If you look back, you’ll see that the first time you curled it, the hair was folding over into itself and you don’t want that bc that’s what makes that mark in your hair. Also, my favorite heat protectant is the dry bar hot toddy. It’s pretty much exactly like the one that you’re using. Just giving you some tips on how to better use the tool🥰

Thank you for this video! You saved me from buying this iron. Maybe it works for straight, fine hair - even if thick - but for someone with super thick, frizzy hair with gray in it, you would need to blow your hair stick straight, keep the crown really flat, and then use this. It would take me hours and it still wouldn't look as good as going to a salon. So glad I didn't get it!
Do you get your hair dyed? If so, what colors do you get done? What do you tell the hairdresser? I absolutely love the color of your hair and would like mine the same as yours! ❤

You’re getting a crease because you’re putting it on the side of the hair and going in the opposite rotation.
I don't think the curls look very good tbh, kinda dry n frizzy looking and some curls look fallen out.
