Occidental Punta Cana - Suite Royal Level

Hi there, we are going to be staying in a one bedroom suit in the royal level. Do you know if there is a private arrival check in for royal suit members? Is it in the same place as the regular check in, or at the back of resort where the royal suites are. Thanks!

Hi. I've stayed at RL and yes, they do have a private check-in. Once you arrive to the hotel, just mention to the ushers up front you're staying RL and they'll take you in a golf cart-like vehicle to the reception. General reception is right in the front, but RL Reception is right next to the RL buildings. Find a map online and you'll see all RL amenities are located right next to each other.

sorry to bother you, is that we have booked the royal level suite to go later and the photos that appear on the page of that room is with a large table not a smaller round one. you are exactly in the royal level suite right?

Correct. My room specifically was called the large studio apartment.
They have 1 bedroom that has a rectangular larger table
