Braids always help me relax more than anything else. I think it reminds me of when my mom braided my hair as a child or when a friend would braid my hair this brings a sort of innocent nostalgia to my mind Nana thank you 🙏
Honestly, when I first discovered ASMR videos, I HATED when people would talk through them because the loud whispering was annoying to me....then I discovered Nana Fox and started out with the “No talking” videos of hers....and then I watched another one of her videos that was “soft spoken” and was like “Oh my GOD, what have I been missing?!?” Her voice, ALONE, soothes me and gives me tingles sometimes....pair that with the hair play and she has pretty much cured my insomnia!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️❤️
I let myself follow your gentle movements and your voice until a deep sense of calm filled my whole body, and I stopped caring to anything else. Then when you loosened her hair at the end I sort of woke up and realized how much time passed. And smiled at how good I felt. 🙂
