I acknowledge we live in America, we're all free to dress and act how we want, however promoting these immoral ideologies is harmful to society and physically harmful to children.

Teens and adults under 25 make up 43% of the transgender population. 92,329 identify themselves as trans or non binary meaning 39,701 of those under under 25 declare themselves as trans or non binary.

I have a biochemistry degree and there are more than two sexes. It's amazing that so many of you can act like science is on your side without anyone asking an actual scientist. Your high school biology course did not teach you literally everything there is to know, and I hope that doesn't surprise you; people spend many years studying to be biologists, so they must be learning something, right? They're learning the stuff you are ignorant of, including all the wrinkles that make human sex determination more complicated than just "XY man / XX woman". I took a Gender Studies course at Tecas Christian University (it's a real course & it's not as useless as people think), & I read in out textbook at 1 point that roughly 1 in 15 Americans (or about 7%) is openly in the LGBT+ Community, but only a fraction of them (about 1 in 200) are openly in the T category. So, for Republican politicians & Conservative media hosts their blatant attacks on the Transgender Community doesn't make sense (on top of being morally wrong), because they're attacking the minority group of a minority group.
Makes perfect sense. Once they lose ground on trying to oppress and demonize one group, they move on to the next thing.

@CookieMonster-- Interesting, where can I read about that? Please share official source, like law text. The information I can find says the contrary. There seems to be one exception if the youth is living completely apart from their parents or guardians and completely managing their own financials.
Meanwhile in Washington state we literally just had a child taken away from their parents because the parents wouldn't put them on puberty blockers. Last year, it was signed into law that parents can't stand in the way of their child mutilating themselves.

The pretty girl wasn't wrong. A born man should not be able to compete in a woman's sport. Bruce Jenner competed in the correct sport even though he felt like a woman inside. I fully support transgendered people competing in their assigned at birth sport and I am sure nobody would even make an issue of it.
The 2nd dude was wrong pretty much in everything he said. There is nothing wrong with respecting one's decision identify. I strongly support separation of church and state.
Trans women in sports at all is barely a thing. It is a non issue and already has rules about it at the professional level.
In middle school, high school and college levels there are only about 200 trans women in sports across the entire country. There isn't enough of them competing to form any league of their own.
The only reason it has been brought up in recent years is because conservatives need a boogyman to pint at because they have nothing to run on. And now that gay marriage has been around for years, the sky didn't fall, and is largely accepted.

Regarding the transgender sports question, I think it needs more study to determine the bounds of physicality for someone to be allowed to participate. It’s true that extensive hormone therapy feminises the body and takes away most of the physical advantage so I think a history of such hormone therapy should be a requirement for a man to participate in women’s sports. The burden of evidence right now in a lot of sports is basically claiming to identify as a woman but it needs to be proof of a lengthy hormone transition. Women aren’t in women’s sports because they identify as women, the division is separate from men because of the real biological difference and anyone who still has that biological difference can’t swap between categories. I know it’s a bit of a meme on the right but I have seen a lot of instances of men who have not made any effort to transition being allowed to participate in rugby or swimming or combat sports and they just dominate the biological women. It shouldn’t be enough to just claim to identify as a woman even if they’re genuine. They have to perform like women too and the only way to police that is to introduce hormone level requirements

You are correct about the estrogen, but kids under 16 don't typically receive hormone replacement therapy. Google "Masculine transgender men images" and see who these laws will force into the women's sports, locker rooms, and bathrooms. With trans men being forced into these spaces, any pervy XY man can walk into these places without subterfuge.

It's about 0.6% of the population....pretty low numbers and highly unlikely that they all are super athletes taking away scholarships. Give the statistics from credible sources and not something someone told you.

men who recently competed in male college sports should not be able to simply “identify as females” and compete against women. We either support women or we dont. A person can be trans all they want but children should to be able to change their gender at school and the school not tell their parents like in CA that’s crazy. The school has to tell parents in CA about any possible other mental illness and gender disphoria is consider a mental disorder so how is the school allowed to not tell the parents about this behavior at school. Parents are the parents not teachers
