I really like the way you built this deck. I wish i would have watched your video before building mine. The modular aspect seems extremely good.
I'm gonna build a similar version of your deck for my Megatron deck, but a few deck tech upgrades I'm considering are forbidden orchard, strionic resonator and repercussion
The Orchard is a mana fixer that also gives an opponent a 1/1 token. Perfect to use if a player has no creatures to target with destructive force.
The resonator is to combo with Kitiss. Now for 2 mana you'll trigger its ability twice when Megatron gets in for combat damage.
Repercussion makes it so ANY damage dealt to a creature is also dealt to that creature's controller. Gotta be careful with that one though, but it can really help you to close out games.
I'm building my own megatron and am just looking around for ideas. Budget or not, this was one of the better ones in general.
Im also building the deck with some silver border since my group calls them fair game. Mine's been slowly morphing into finding ways to get gleemax out so megatron can do a million damage to someone. Gleemax also happens to be an amazing card in general when it's out.
Not sure if anyone has commented this, but the Kaldheim rune cards enchant *permanents and dont fall off on converted cards, and Megatron being Mardu gets the lifelink, deathtouch and +1/0 haste rune access via color identity.

Great deck, I love it, I'm just wondering why zabaz the glimmerwisp wasn't included. Seems like it would really help the modular theme.
Zabaz costs 1 mana and won’t trigger Convert because it won’t deal excess damage :)
While I'm not really excited about the universe crossovers, I do really like this deck.

Concept really interesting you have gotten yourself another perma viewer. I would like to know what sort of EDH Budget Deck Tech you would make for Ultra Magnus?
Well I do gotta say I’ve got a few cards that arnt in this selection to keep the deck upgraded but plan on making it even better so far the deck has run me around 60$
Since convert is how both sides flip to the other, could you Strionic resonator this trigger to flip it, add mana, then flip it again to it'd Tyrant side again for more mana again? 🤔 it's slightly out of this budget range, but if it works this way can explode your mana production.
Either way, zesty brew, I like it! Ironsoul enforcer needs a target as it goes onto the stack. So unfortunately you can't get what you sacrificed with Megatrons ability. Maybe if you had, i dont know, "Strionic Resonator" you could copy the ability after Megatron resolves...👀🤣
Ah ironsoul is a bummer, but probably still worth include. As for strionic, I don’t think it’ll work because the convert mechanic is woven into the entire effect. But I’ll wait for rules people to figure it out lol

I hate how wizards is pushing product right now but as a long time fan and enjoyer of the 2 ips they crossed over with in the last month I have to get them. Cheap builds like this are the only thing keeping me from being behind by to many sets. Just finished my first big 2 domiaria decks
I know the feeling. I simply can’t keep up. But if one deck looks fun enough, I’ll probably pick up the commander and put something together from my collection 😊

I just subscribed! Great idea with Kediss + Pia's Evolution. I'm currently brewing my MEGATRON deck. I'm always a fan of old cards. The modular mechanic was a great idea. Stay tuned for my channel I'll be looking for something different and to share.
I know I'm late, but would panharmonicon effect the modular effects?
Modular counters aren’t put on from a triggered etb effect. It just says the creature Etbs with those counters.

How good would Dihada, Binder of Wills be in this deck?
I would call Dihada a protection card and she wouldn't be a bad choice since you should be doing absurd amounts of damage. I'd swap it with Bronze Guardian since it costs less and does more protecting, even though you'll be losing out on a creature that will do lots of damage itself.
