Thanks bud and hope are doing well. Don’t feel like I am missing anything honestly for my programming. Well maybe a leg extension but not completely necessary. Have a great New Year!
Yes thank you for the comment. I do have everything I need for the programming I do. Thankful and blessed to have space to fit it all. Have a great New Years and take care.
Thanks and appreciate the comment. Been a nice change for me lifting vs cycling all the time. I do love the FTX and as mentioned if I could only keep a few item’s it would be FTX, Adjustable DB’s and adjustable bench. Will do the FTX review at some point in Q1. Have a great New Year and take care
Yes I love it being out of the way. A little tricky installing as this is hollow blocks but the fasteners work really well. I am all about re-using stuff I have for better purposes and streamlining my setup as you can tell. Thanks for the comment and have a great New Years!
Mostly rogue fitness website, power block USA and also Texas bar website. I don’t make any commission on anything which is why I don’t provide links like others since I am not selling anything to get commission like other YTers.. if that makes sense
Hello. Since buying your setup, power rack, accessories, etc. Has there been anything you would have changed or not buy since you’ve had time to use it? Thank you!
The rackable curl bar which I sold. Maybe the squat wedges and jcups. Since getting the monolifts I never use the jcups, not kidding. Besides that everything else I use a lot.
@@laspaceboy rackable is easier to load and very convenient. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Rogue ecoat. If you can find one on boneyard in bare steel would be better. The angles are great just the ecoat is meh. Personally though you can pretty much do anything with a good set of adjustable dumbbells that you can do with curl bar with more convenience.
@EricB03 ok so you are just getting back in it. But what about all the other ones? I recently thought about building a home gym and started doing research. Watching hundreds of videos in 3 languages and noticed the vast majority look average. They look like the everyday people I see everyday. I have/had coworkers with better physical appearance than the home gym guys.
@@roninwarrior216 I don’t know man as I don’t bother myself with what others do/have and enjoying the process. I am almost to the 1000 lb club combined for squat, bench and DL which is a goal for me. Regardless of the equipment just get what you can afford or like. There are no wrong answers here in my opinion. I don’t sell anything or use affiliate links like others and use everything I have 4 times a week.
Thank you so much for the comment and I have been very happy with my setup outside of a few minor things but blessed to have the space I have. Another video coming out tonight that I hope you like. Hope you had a great New Year.
Thanks and appreciate it. Having fun doing these as my little hobby and not selling anything to anyone as you can tell. Heck I don’t even have affiliate links like 99% of most YTers. lol. Thanks for commenting and have a great New Years.
Thank you and love the GHD and use it much more than I originally thought. Have the space but trying to keep everything in a certain place and organized.
Thanks and love my gym pins. Here they are The Original 2" GymPin - 10mm (25/64") (pair). Ask them if they also have any discount codes before ordering direct.
Nice space. Love the rogue SS OPB. The 45 pound version with the thicker collars also help. Especially with Rogue rack width. Love the white rack as well.
Heheh the tour was going pretty good but when I saw the Tacx Neo behind you I subscribed to your channel. I just put together a home gym in my tiny garage, but I also practice road cycling. (And indoor cycling with Zwift also)
Lmao this is funny and love my Tacx Neo. I love that thing and did a hour on Zwift today. Give me a follow if you want there also and will follow you back. Thanks for the comment and see you on Zwift. My username is Eric B and have my US flag shirt on in my pic looking serious 😂

Solid gym Eric!

Love the simplicity of the setup, barbell, dumbbells, cables, and GHD. You could do almost anything with just those.

Nice gym. I always think the strip on the wall should be more common for dip attachment.

What power rack is that RM 3 or RM 4?

@@EricB03 thank you for your response. Would you prefer a shorter non rackable curl bar? I see Rogue offers a longer version so it can be racked.

Why do all these guys with home gyms especially expensive ones look like they don't workout?
Been only a little over a year back lifting and trying. It is a marathon and not a sprint for me. Thanks for the comment and take care.

How tall is your ceiling and the rack height?
I got the 90” version of the RM-3 so my ceiling height is 90.1”. Ha
