I ❤dupes! There have been so so many changes at HL. IMHO some things are better, some are definitely worse. For example: everything labeled gift and a few other sections at HL, never go on sale! That’s what I was told at least! The vintage looking bell, the book boxes, the frames or art in this section, lots of things that if they are worth it to you, don’t wait for the sale cuz it isn’t happening… lol. I want to get that wooden handled bowl you got. I already purchased my woven basket Infact a rectangle one and a round option. I was obsessed with them. Some creators have found them at HG for like $7 also but my HG never has so many things I see on UA-cam. But just 2 short years ago, 2hrs away is the closet one to me. So I try and keep it all in perspective . I’m praying for a TJ Maxx next. Oh yeah I know you already know this Molly because you like myself have plenty of high end and vintage purchases as well as budget friendly options.
However, If anyone else reads this long winded comment I’m putting out this PSA.. lol! The dupes on the vases I’m mostly speaking about. I think I have every PB vase you mentioned, the quality is definitely not a dupe. The heaviness and/or thickness is a quality I desire and PB versions cannot be beat. The size is unparalleled by the dupes either. The PB versions are huge. I’m especially thinking of the jug. That was on my wish list for 2 years, I waited for a sale and I grabbed it, it’s HUGE however. Which is great but with the selection I have now, I don’t want them all HUGe! So for me that’s where the HL choice sometimes wins out for me. I just want a cute lil vase and maybe quality isn’t as important for some of those. Not to say every HL vase is thin because they definitely aren’t. Have a blessed week Molly. I love your content.
Lol, I read your long winded comment 😂 I was hoping someone would tell Molly about the gift and your price items never going on sale. It kinda stinks, but I still love HL 😊
@@standupforchrist247 agreed I still love it! I see a lot of creators report sales wrong at HL. I think they shop at so many other places. I mostly have HL so I know how they work. Not Molly but a lot of creators still say to shop HL florals at 50% off…. lol

Thank you so much for that info!! So helpful. 🫶🏼 Definitely agree on that most pieces are quality of the high end dupes but sometimes people can only afford the cheaper options. I have some higher end stuff from pottery barn and arhaus and the quality is so good so I do agree that sometimes you get what you pay for!
@@mollynicolehome yes mam, I agree, not everyone can afford the high end options. That’s why I’m so thankful for these types of videos! I hope I didn’t make you think I meant it in that way, I choose the high end options when I can, but I certainly wouldn’t want to all the time, even if I could afford it.

I think it is a very versatile piece to use throughout your home. I appreciate so much how you compare the items to higher end ones. I have a similar wooden square bowl and I drilled a hole in the handle and added a leather cord and hung it up in my kitchen.

I purchased the square wood bowl and put a small cream pot with greenery and then off to the side I put the white large glass beads and it is in my kitchen
