- 2023 Vinfast VF8. The new EV has been the talk of the EV car industry these past few months and it's finally coming to the US! I got a chance to take a test drive of it through sunny southern California. I'm not going to be showing you all the tech specs, since you can just pull that off the website. I'm going to be showing you my thoughts and experience as a practical driver.

@@ChuckN516 lol only Tesla catches fire???😂 Do more research on evs, all evs can catch on fire. Most of the car reviewers have negative reviews about Vinfast. Only reason you would buy it is if you must have a car from Vietnam, no other reason, unless you don’t look at the competition out there

@@DrexLee right now, Tesla is the better bang for your buck. It's got more range, more power, and maybe faster charging and a better charging network. There's probably more reasons, I'm just naming the basics. I believe Vinfast can one day grow and be as good or even better than Tesla, but in the present right now, Tesla is just the better value, I'm talking about the Tesla Model Y of course

I test drove it and it is the worst car in the pice range. You can get a much better car than vf8 for 48k
