It's actually not even that unrealistic. You know back when you were little and you had a toy you already was bored of and didn't play with anymore. But if for example your cousin wanted to play with it you would still get defensive about it. It's a known psychological trait humans have.
I always find my way back to this channel, I grew up with it and will probably continue to find my way back to it no matter how much time has passed. This channel will always be nostalgic to me, also recently the videos feel more like the old videos I loved.

Joseph is an underrated character and if Logan actually tried to give him some character development I guaranteed he'd be more useful and loved in videos. With all the sexual innuendos and cuss words being used lately I doubt poop jokes will age restrict the channel. I also doubt Dreamworks and Disney even know SML exists, yeah they used to use Shrek and Woody a lot but it wasn’t to the extent of the Nintendo characters because Logan used the Super Mario name in almost everything, even the website. I don’t think Disney or Dreamworks will sue if either one is brought back, maybe if the videos don’t feature them as main characters, I don’t see how Woody wouldn’t connect with the new audience, if that’s a problem they can revamp him a smidge but keep the iconic shrimp-loving personality of his.
I like how nobody could tell that they switched bodies despite their voices being clearly different. Especially due to the fact that they even spoke on the phone.
I would literally give anything to have a cartoon/puppet body swap episode where the voices don't switch. They do this because it takes so much effort for the VAs to pretend to be each other. But I would rather see half-assed effort because at least they'd be trying. This is just the laziest thing you can do.
