A delicious recipe that you can easily cook in the oven
Materials
1 kg boneless chicken (I used mixed thigh breast)
1 onion
2 red peppers
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Vegetable seasoning on request
1 pinch of parsley
For sauce
In addition to onion pepper juice
3 tablespoons of tomato juice
1 teaspoon of tomato paste
1 tablespoon of ketchup
