Linux Bash Tutorial 6 How To Redirect Standard Output Streams

- In this Linux Bash tutorial I will demonstrate how to redirect standard output. Standard output or stdout is the output of a Linux command or application. It is not to be confused with Standard Input (stdin) or Standard Error (stderr). We will talk about those different streams of data in future Linux tutorials.
The Standard Output stream will be redirected into a new file and I will demonstrate how to overwrite the contents of the file and how to append its contents
