I'm sorry, but "Please describe your dish" // "It's a duck breast..." is the most hilarious delivery of the entire show for me. Like, that deadpan delivery? Could be in a modern day comedy skit.

The worst part about the pizza challenge: Joy's pizza ended up on the floor and had to rush the one she presented. The red team literally had a floor pizza and STILL chose Keisha's to sit out.

Except for the dessert calorie part, it wasn't him who was responsible to make the dessert look like that, it was Andy who thought it was a good idea to put Apple Compote on that dessert. Yeah, good for you but not for Gordon Freaking Ramsay!

If I recall, Dave was so oddly terrible through nearly every challenge. I think the only time he succeeded, ironically, was when he was forced to work with Indian food that he never cooked before.
I hate that some fine dining chefs look down on simple foods like burgers. Which is why Matt's comments pissed me off.
Plenty of fine dining restaurants have burgers. Just see Top Chef

Say what you will about season 13 but the Kennel club challenge was honestly an all around joy to watch and probably one of the most fun challenges to watch. Not only the Sade goof, but also the whole Sterling vs Aaron thing, when Aaron called Sterling's crab cake fast food but Sterling still won.
Don't forget that Aaron said that if he can describe Sterling's dish with one word is Fast Food which is 2 words, by the way. And Sterling beat him with his secret ingredient: Love.

Sterling was and is a treasure in Season 13 and all of Hell’s Kitchen. Karma really bit Steven and Aaron in the ass hard and they deserved it. Especially Steven when he was disrespectful to Mr.💯

Another mention should go to Raneisha's deconstructed pizza dip in S22. That produced one of my favorite comebacks from Ramsay that season: "I told you to think outside the box, but you seem to have gone all the way to Pluto."
To be fair it wasn't bad, but it wouldn't work in a fine dining restaurant

It could have been executed better, as that dish had issues with the toppings.
Matt calling places like Father's Office, Umami Burger, and Gordon Ramsay Burger, burger joints is like calling a carpet bombing a light drizzle. So incomparable that it's insulting. This guy shouldn't have been on the show. TBF, you can say that about most of season 16s blue team.

It was so nice to see Paulie (RIP) being shut up about his dish, he was a whiner and an asskisser. I still can’t believe that Season 10 is the only season where both teams lost the challenge and had to do the punishment as Dana said it perfectly. It’s a good thing the red team bounced back during service.

And THEN she straight-up asked if they can mix meat and fish, the pescatarian woman said No, and then the FIRST DISH that's suggested when Elizabeth comes back is bacon-wrapped scallops! And she was surprised when the pescatarian didn't want to eat a surf-and-turf dish?
If this was a future season, She would have definitely gone home after that blunder. Or would have been eliminated in a cook for your life challenge.

I think Johnny from season 16 deserves another mention for losing a burger challenge considering that he is specifically a "burger chef"
The fact that Elizabeth blamed elise for the loss is fucking ridiculous
And Elise has nothing to do with it. No wonder she loses her chance to get Black Jacket over Elise.

The worst one was in Season 7 when Shioban cooked a pigeon for Gordon Ramsey’s family to taste.
The worst part is that the pigeon has blood in it. Nasty.
Same with Josh on Season 14 when he presented a Greek Dish with blood on it
I'm surprised there are no bad dishes from Season 15 and all of them are ridicullous:
-In Chef Andi's wedding episode, Frank cooked a chicken and a steak just because he doesn't trust Manda (who just moved to Blue Team at that time) who cooked a Fillet Mignon and he immediately dropped her dish without talking to his teammates first. However, both of his dishes are bad and cost the Blue Team a point.
Also, in the red team, Ariel made a dish that resemble a "Bison's Penis."
-Jackie and Kristin decided to put apples in Hot Dogs. Who the hell is eating Hot Dogs with apples?
-Joe presented a lobster dish with no lobster and where did the lobster go?
He *ate* it. Bruh...
I've eaten "gourmet" hot dogs with apple in them before, it's actually really good.

Elizabeth blew my mind with that challenge. How did she go so far off the reservation with what the judges wanted? Sade confused me because I don’t know who she thought would be judging dog food dishes. Asswipe from season 16 forgot to staple his mouth shut before he came onto the show and needed to learn how to take criticism from judges fifty times better than him. Again I feel like it might be karma for Gabriel because he screwed over Ralph for no reason. Melissa made me worried because she went from looking human to looking like a wildling from a video game. And season 10 shocked me because I saw the later seasons first where Christina was lauded and praised for being so amazing and yet they did so terribly.
I was so enraged with what happened in Season 10. I even wanted it to end with no winner.
Similar to the Season 9 challenge (when Elizabeth failed to communicate the theme), in Season 6, Suzanne did the exact same mistake. She only focused on her own ideas for the challenge, even shutting down an idea from Tennille to include Soul food, which came back to haunt them as the Blue's dish, which featured Soul food beat Suzanne's alternative. Also in the final dish, Suzanne had a poached lobster tail, however the Blue team's dish had a grilled one (With the guest saying that the one thing that couldn't be missing was grilled lobster tail). This challenge mistake would also have huge consequences for the Blue team's winning challenge dishes were on the menu that service and the Blue team did not give the Red team the recipes for them, leading to the Red team collapsing and the Blue team having to finish service
One of my absolute favorite Hell’s Kitchen moments comes from season 15, with the infamous “Is that a fucking hot dog with apples on it?”
she was terrible that season. and she had the stones to do a burger (that was raw) with apples as the next dish

To be fair Sades team didn't exactly warn her about the challenge. And she would go on to dominate the rest of the season and even win with napa cabbage and passion fruit.
Also i loved how Carol's blue cheese decision costed the red team the win and started the overall one sided fued between her and Andrea

I’m still stunned by Matt’s disrespect to the guest judges, when one of them is literally Christina Wilson.
I've noticed a trend in the show; when the teams are made to set a dish aside, that dish is often the best of the day. The Red Team is especially guilty of this.
The big exception is Elise's dessert in Season 9.

Nothing is worse than Antonia’s gumbo from season 8. It looked like a puddle of crap.

I think Tiffany's fried eggplant from Season 10 could be on here too. Especially when the judges said they wanted 'healthy food'.
Also, the cook for your life challenges are between the weakest chefs on the team so Dave, if he were in a later season, probably wouldn't compete in them.

I think you should talk about the 5 strongest casts of Hell’s Kitchen since you already talked about the weakest casts last year. Or do a remake to the worst black jackets in the show’s history
Overcooked duck breast (without any other additions whatsoever) looked more like a camel's turd in S3; Hot dog with apples on top in S15 was hardly a stellar concept; oh, and that illustrious braised beef dish in S13? Oh, Sade. These really stood out to me in every sense of the word lol.
What I’m so confused by with that duck breast for that wedding challenge. Like, I get that Melissa overcooked it, but they didn’t bother to even put sauce or garnish on it or ANYTHING?
melissa was so busy lording over every station, that it cost them time on the garnishes for the duck
Also, the red team are too much arguing at that time and they are annoyed by Melissa who keeps deligating and can't shut up. Originally, the duck has been getting out of the oven but Melissa put back it again then she tried to blame Julia but Julia said "Uh, uh, you're the one who put it back in the oven!"
Another one would be Ray’s dish that was a lobster that looked like it was from space.

I haven’t watched the video yet but I remember in season 10 in the annual “relay” cook challenge (where only one cook from Each team is allowed at a time and then have it swap to cook three dishes
That was the first time ever in hell kitchen where BOTH teams lost the challenge and had to do the punishment . A hell kitchen first!

I think it would be really cool to see you do a series where you talk about the NARRATOR of each season. Contrary to popular belief, the narrator isn’t always the season’s winner. It’s usually the one who the producers go to set scenes and has a story arc. Like Rob Cesternino in Survivor Amazon.
For an example, season 18’s narrator is Trev, who definitely isn’t the winner, but is someone who the producers go to often.
I can think of some others:
Royce’s lobster with hair and a shit sack
Dana with the dry flat iron and muddy wild mushroom sauce
Johnny with the leather boot tostadas
Johnny with the terrible bluefin tuna
Barrett with spicy as hell balls
Syannh with the seafood wontonlini
Matthews raw alcohol chicken
Tree’s soggy avocado kisses
Bret’s raw aronchini balls
Dana with the terrible green seafood pasta
Maria with the weird ham hock soup
Scott using blood sausage and prunes
Jackie with the raw apple burger
Chad serving raw Cajun chicken and a dry langoustine
You should rank all the chefs that got eliminated just before the black jackets (Nikki, kana, dani, etc.)
Dave’s awful challenge dishes are some of the funniest things I’ve ever seen
In season 7 Jason served store bought ravioli in the budget challenge, im sure the lobster challenge only had 1 good dish per team too
I would say Louis' ravioli in season 8 made Gordon spit it out given Raj had just been eliminated that was expected, along with all 3 dishes the blue team served in the high school prom challenge although those teenagers were quite snobby.
In season 10 Danielle made a burrito falling apart in the mexican challenge and Royce served a lobster dish where the lobster still had the ***tsack and a hair in it, even the winner christina struggled in challenges so maybe thats a partial HK curse as her dishes failed in the mexican challenge and the southern challenge, although her dish in one challenge made the menu
Season 11 had too many to choose from but what do you expect from one of the least talented HK casts in history

Season 20’s Spell Kitchen challenge. Besides the Blue Team’s dominance, another highlight of the challenge was the Red Team’s group dish which was their second ribeye dish. That was pretty embarrassing…
or the emoji challenge. They just did whatever they wanted with the dishes!

Hey Flynnmasters, here's an idea for a HK video: You should go over times when a really good chef lost a cooking challenge to a not-so-great chef(Like Gabriel beating Joy in a S12 challenge once, for example)

The Hawaiian Asian thing was pretty much the only time that I sided with Elise. It just made me so angry that Elizabeth had the nerve to blame the other girls for them losing
Then with the pizza thing, I hated how Melanie practically forced Kaisha and Bev to drop their pizza, and then claimed afterwards that they chose as a team. Considering how everyone else had raw pizza, it made sense that they thought that the only perfectly cooked pizza was burnt. I would like to say that if Melanie was not pretty she would not have all these Stans
