All of Raiden's game appearances in the MG games were exclusively put on the PlayStation consoles. Snake was hard enough, but Raiden's inclusion would be impossible.

Raiden unlockable skin was also on MGS5 - another multiplatform game. The only time Raiden was in Sony exclusive game is MGS4. So I think Nintendo just doesn't want another MGS representative.

every protagonist is "the most badass" in their own IP. No one is gonna put them in a game like this at the level that their biggest fanboys want them. It's "Within reason" and "within balance". PPl upset that raiden or kratos or whoever is not as strong as they are in their game are as bad as ppl complaining why this game exists at all since SSB already exists. Yet no one complains about Brawlhalla or the myriad of other games like this. Rather than have a pissing match over who is more OP, why not show support for this gem of a game which sadly will never get ported
It sucks that this game released just one year before MGR... If only this game got delayed one or two year later, we could even get Armstrong in this game and MGR soundtrack and Raiden's badass sword attack for Raiden's final attack

Ultimate to rejoin Solid Snake to take on Galeem with his new Sony PlayStation power but still no match for Galeem and he becomes a spirit along with everyone

Cyborg Raiden should be in MK11. He'd fit perfectly in with Cyborg Cyrax, Sektor, Frost, Smoke. Be a part of their unit.
