This is so soothing for my soul to witness. Such a beautiful weaving of the Sacred and how it feels to be connected with your body and Goddess.
I often dance and move my body to move energy and process my experience as I embrace this embodiment. I have visualized myself weaving timelines together through my movements, in the same essence of this video.
I currently have a broken leg and so I can not dance. Which has been such a challenge since dance is how I move through the BIG life moments. Watching this was like a healing balm for my body, as if you were dancing this dance just for me -- to help me move this experience and weave my timelines back together.
