I rotate my necro builds alot, I have all the saved templates just for necro builds :(((((, Pero, I think most of the power ones at the start are Death Magic/Blood Magic and Reaper since Cele was still big just to help shed the condi's off faster. The 2nd half for condi- I was running Spite/Curses/Reaper and then now most often Im running Blood magic/Curses/reaper for my builds
Power reaper clips at the start are Mara mix with Dragon Weapon/trinkets The Harb clip is full Demo stats with Dragon weapons The condi reaper for the end is Full trailblazer ^_^
