It is a serious concern as China will misuse any influence it gains over Indian companies. Eg- Zee-invesco conflict - in which Chinese company with HQ in Usa is trying to get ownership of entire Zee group( Zee news, entertainment, cinema,business etc) by buying as many shares of Zee as possible.
