This is almost identical to In & Out burgers way of making burgers. They use fresh meat, thin patties, and you get multiple patties layered
This is this place's version of In N Out and Smash Burger. Although I don't think either one has mac n cheese. But OMG did it all look sooooo good 🤤😋!

2:26 vs 2:34 were these burgers at the initial point in the video some rejects that went to the bin instead of being papered and packaged because they did not meet the standard of dimensions or something? Of course they would be perfectly tasty but I'm wondering if they didn't meet some standards for dimensionality. And thank you, this is a beautiful video. Such high quality meat processed into gorgeous burgers.

Not gonna lie the video was so satisfying. That's what we call a burger.
I used to work at a beef processing facility with these same machines, but I was on the sanitation/cleaning crew and never saw how the machines actually functioned. Really interesting seeing how the parts actually work.

Not everything has to have regular and Caramelized onions.
Barely any butter on the buns.
No dill pickles (cardinal sin)
Saving grace is Mac and cheese and cheese slice portions

they copied in n out. burgers actually look amazing but not into grilled onions prefer raw onions. fries over cooked. didnt seem like they put any salt on anything.
