Having watched this pond evolve every week on Kamp Kenan, it was really cool to see that original build footage again, juxtaposed against how it is now, and how much it has changed! And Slinky... 😂😂😂... he picked a good day to put on a show!

Unfortunate for the snake but what more could you expect from your pet dinosaur! Slinky will always steel the show when he gets the chance and he loves it. This is the ultimate habitat for a pet water monitor, got to love it! Oh one other thing that I thought would be great have you ever considered stocking the ponds with edible freshwater crayfish which are awesome to eat and slinky and your aquatic turtles would enjoy them also! Here in Australia where I live we have several large species which are fun to catch and excellent eating!

Keenan is the only one who does the best with showing us underwater footage of the growth of this pond. I live on the low income side of baton rouge and I can't wait to build one for the children to learn and have more to do while enjoying this super hot heat. Someone out here built a pool house and just charges people to swim I can imagine how money could be raised if my pool looked like this man

I feel bad for the snake. Been a long inhabitant in there and just spent its last day. Just as seeing the cheetah got caught by a crocodile in Kruger National Park. Whew! Nature.

He just has them shut off because the temps were getting very cold at night and he wanted to keep the water warmer at the bottom

Kenan's pool pond is the most epic ever. Built perfectly and then he had the cichlid fish farmer stock it for him. Amazing!!!

Hi guys. I know Kenan nearly lost Slinky to the cold weather which would have been a awful. However do you not think it advisable that he should not have some kind of heating system for the pool in the winter even just to take the edge off. Wouldn't wont him to loose all those Cichlids. I know he lost some Oscars to cold weather last year.
slinky is a killer, sad the beautiful snake got nailed, the main interacter is slinky all the rest of the fish, snakes, turtles whatever are bait, so good for slinky and very sad for all the other inhabitants!!
Slinky has never eaten anything else out of the pond.

Ed do you have or can you make a video telling how to construct a pond just like this. I am a vet living in the philippines amd i want to build my own pond. With a several leyered creek amd deep tropical fish filled pond. I need to know what is required for a little to no maintanence pond like this. No contractors here will know how to buikd this. I cannot get pond liners so ill need to use a different base. Pls help me. There is no videos showing how to do this specifically

Trying to rescue that snake was downright dangerous. Taking prey from a predator is a trip to the hospital.
I think there needs to be a pond just for the snakes! Walled off, fenced in, safe from Slinky. :-(
such a shame of the snake, it was a big sized snake so it had some age to it... ahwell next time feed youre pet before launching him in the habitat :)
Animals shud be kept just the way kenan keeps his animals...like slinky when he was left frozen outside. Or like when slinky ate 2 pet snakes thats how u keep them
