2 assassins either clunkily collide and screw each other over at every turn, or are in sync dynamic duos of death in which nothing hears more than a whisper, and if they do, its the last thing they hear prior to their immediate death. There is no in between.
Appreciate it man! 🙏 I sure did haha. Likely dismantled it already too. Gear inventory is always overflowing. I need to stop being lazy snf just purify my red tokens.🤣 I've heard you have quite the collection of purified tokens!
Whew man right! I knew that slow climbing animation was gonna cause hwacha to blow that barrel and at that point I thought this run was gonna end cause I knew the 3 tengu at outpost would agro to it. Thankfully only one went to investigate the explosion. The barrels are obviously helpful but can really be a hindrance at times too lol
Thanks man but believe it or not we both still made mistakes and there were parts of the run which could've gone better. We just had to improvise where things went wrong and hope for the best Wave 9 is a good example of that. The hwacha blew a barrel when I ran by camp causing the outpost enemies to agro near it which made doing wave 9 undamaged very scary with all those tengu lol
@@Atombomb-xo4vy @Atombomb1177 Haha I understand that. How did you push yourself to get this good? If you don't mind my asking, do you have any advice for someone who is stuck at the bottom end of high-skill play? (Maybe a shift in thinking or a different way of approaching damage negation / evasion? I can solo platinum, but juuuust barely. Cannot get survivability or damage output high enough)
@@KadenoAlai glad to share any advice that may help. For starters I have been playing this game on and off since just after it launched so time to practice and gain experience certainly makes a difference. When I first started the game I sucked😄 but wanted to get better. Starting with 4 man NMS teams my goal was 0 downs back when we had 25 waves. When I was able to do that consistently I would start running NMS duos holding a single base. When I was able to one base duo with zero downs I started running solos. Working my way up a kind of personal goal progression ladder. Running the one base duos and eventually solos was probably the most helpful thing for me to improve in the game. The more I played solo and learned how to handle all the enemies on my own the more I learned how to be in control. Playing solo is the best way to learn all the enemy moves and how to avoid them. If I had any one piece of advice I guess I'd say prioritizing defense over offense is overlooked by many players in this game and it really shouldn't be. Getting greedy and being in a rush to wipe the enemies is when things can go wrong. Knowing when to step back and defend yourself is important. Also, managing your resources and knowledge of your gear/techniques and the most effective way to use them is important. For example the order in which you do actions when running spirit kunai can make the players life so much easier. For undamaged solos or duos it's all about resource management and making sure your never in a spot where you have nothing and if you are that's when knowing how to defend yourself becomes so valuable. This game has a rhythm and a flow to it and if you can figure out that flow it's almost like a dance! For example, with the assassin doing things in a very particular order can make you untouchable. I have made some NMS solo tips and strategies guides for each class which can be found in my playlists. They are a bit older now but I talk my way through the solo in the videos and it may help you out. Knowing how to use the core defensive mechanics and timing /order of your resources would be my best advice. I'll share a link with you for one of my previous undamaged runs where I kinda explain the process of how I go about it.
@@KadenoAlai ua-cam.com/video/m7NtzsG_Ujk/v-deo.html In this video near the start I kind of explain how I do this run in regard to the resource management and the order in which things are done. Hope it can help. Have a good one.
@@Atombomb-xo4vy oh awesome! thanks man I'll check it out! Yeah I try to prioritize defense but I always end up dying around wave 6 when soloing platinum. I'll focus on doing one-base solos to get better at defending, then. I definitely agree about the rhythm and dance of the combat, and same here about playing since launch although i took about 9 months off at one point during the pandemic. I think I have about 1100 hours played at this point but I'm sure people at your level must have so, so many more lol.

wow the barrel explosion in 21:29 had a good effect in unsettling the crow idiots & oni's in 21:35. crazy game lol

Which built did you use for this run?
Hey man I just pinned the build at the top of the comments.
lol watching play at this skill level is bonkers. when you actually pull off a no-damage perfect run, do you feel like you made zero mistakes?
