Never have more then HALF the amount of salt as what you put in of yeast or you can also kill the yeast. I just found your channel. I am so excited. Made this bread today. I’ve never made bread before. Thank you Amy for sharing. Standing on my step stool really helped me. I’m 5 feet tall but the kitchen is set up for my 6 foot husband who does all the cooking. What a difference it made for me.
Ladies great video. I used to make my regular and whole wheat bread by hand but I stopped years ago. I have been using a bread machine and it's so much easier. I dump everything in the pan & turn it on. The machine does everything for me & saves me lots of time. Nothing better than smelling the nice aroma while it's baking. It’s nice seeing a mother and daughter in the kitchen together. All my kids are grown and no longer live at home. I have 2 boys and one girl. My daughter comes over and stays occasionally with her 2 kids a boy and a girl.
