- Hello, oh, oh, oh, oh big beautiful world. My first outing in MSFS2024 and because I seem to enjoy kicking against the pricks, I put in my two cents worth, together with my thoughts. All entirely unhelpful. All entirely free to you and you and you.
Good advice..wonderful flights. Thank you
Cheers, mate. :)
I'm hoping REX gets ATMOS 2024 ready. That really made everything look so much more real
I feel the same about Accuseasons! I think the Rex products are fantastic. In 2020, I'd first bought Bijan's seasons and they were great but clunky to install and Accuseasons just updates nightly which was a godsend. I see Bijan has again done a fantastic job in 2024 but I'll still wait for REX to see what they do. I must admit I didn't try Atmos but I'll sign up for it when it hits 2024.
I am so impressed with the technical reach of this game. It's going to take time to bed in.
Shift-C is to hop in and out of a plane.
I always felt that the naysayers could easily go back and fly 2020, but they got upset because they wouldn't get to play with the latest physics and graphics. It was amazing how many "experts" popped out of the woodwork and tried to tell Asobo where they went wrong.
I suspect you are right and Microsoft gave insufficient servers saying "That will be more than enough". The fact that it took less than 36 hours to resolve the majority of the worldwide connection issues is impressive. At least everyone now knows what will happen when the servers go down and hopefully Asobo know how to fix it quickly. A lot was learnt in those 36 hours.
Cheers for the Shift C heads up, my friend. Yeah. Given the enormity of what everyone has set out to achieve, I really do have to take my hat off to what has been achieved so far.
I haven't got load in yet. Keeps crashing at 25% 😢
Redwing want to update the 1935 content but need to see what tools are available to do so. 🤞🤞🤞
Patience, mate. I know it's a hackneyed cliche but give it a week or so and see if the magic unfolds then.
