Well, I've already downloaded that "first mix made with the Nagra speaker" (i.e 'Knochen') and I've already listened to it several times. Great track, and a great sounding/looking speaker.
sounds like an incredible tool to remic with. export something out of the digital domain then record it with a mic coming out of that... love that sort of shit. sounds so transcendetally warm.
And next week listen as Hainbach masters his latest track through a piece of old string and two rusty tin cans... And it will still sound wonderful. :-)
Hmmm. I was planning on adding some secondary monitors for this. Maybe I can use the ones in my Uher tape deck! Thanks for that idea! Space saving. :-) I'm already planning to mix down to the Uher and see if that will "gel" the mix a bit more, so this is a twofer. :-)
It is not only the piano, but you hear the room. If you had an audience you would her people coughing in the background. I think what it looses sound wise it gains more in terms of the ambiance, and the picture it creates in the mind.
It would be named "bankruptcy". How many batteries it takes again? 😱 But it's beautiful. Really stylish. IDK about the sound, after youtube codec and my tv's speaker there's not much original sound, I guess.
I want to build synths for a hobby or maybe a living. I've taken some college classes on electrical engineering but does anyone know where to start with making synths?
@@Hainbach just don't turn it to eleven. This will eat up the power ;) (Fascinating how clean the battery box is. Seems like a very well preserved speaker).
please consider making a cab IR of this, it's amazing, and has such a unique color
The sound of that little speaker is amazing. Nagra is fantastic.
This made me feel things.
YES! I used to have a Nagra and I played back some dialogue after the shoot and it sounded so beautiful
Absolutely beautiful. Goes to show that higher fidelity isn’t necessarily better.
That is so joyful to watch! 💚 Vielen Dank dir fürs teilen! 🙏🏻
As always, a pleasure to hear the sounds you create.
Reamping with a nagra speaker, so chic!
Those sub-bass sounds are so clean ✨ the range
That is a beautifully designed object. Wish I had one.

It looks like everything you touch turns into exciting technology.
Your cockpit from 6:15 looks great.
Ich liebe deine Passion für ausgefallenen Musikgeräte und Techniken. Dein Kanal ist besser als ASMR 😉👍 Mach weiter so!!!!
Sounding like Morton subotnick with that subharmonicon through than speaker, I love it!
Thanks. It’s good to be back. Also, holy crap that thing sounds amazing!
I feel like you're taking me on a synth safari!
Such a beautiful peace of equipment. And btw. great sweater and hair as always. I like it.

I have speakers from the seventies from TEAC in my home setup. They still sound awesome!!
Such beautiful equipment 🖤 (and nice soundz)
Sounds nice! Also you have the best sweater game on all of UA-cam haha
uuuund ich liebe deine Videos.
And next week listen as Hainbach masters his latest track through a piece of old string and two rusty tin cans... And it will still sound wonderful. :-)
A new sweater!
nice! der lautsprecher klingt cool. ein bisschen dark, das muss man mögen, aber sehr schön!
Wow, fantastic! When are you gonna get those AudioThing geniuses to make a plugin of this guy? Instant buy! Really does impart a lovely tone.
Perfect Moog companion.
The shaking of the Nagra on that box is giving me some serious anxiety!
Good thing it weighs 500 kg or it would be unsteady.
They are heavier than a concrete block....and forget about it with batteries.
These two Nagra speakers would be nice additions to AudioThing Speakers. Any chance you and Carlo can make that happen?

Me: I want a studio at home!
Mom: We have studio outdoors.
Studio outdoors:*proceeds to actually sound good*
Kudelski Nagra = Swiss Precision.

That is a truly terrifying amount of batteries

What’s that microphone stand you have with the red feet? Man I wish I could get a nagra.
That is a cheap no name I got from a electronics store in Düsseldorf when I lost my Jobi.
mmm mmm sound
VST, please!
Have you ever tried to do something with "No Input"?
A bit, but not really enough to be any good at it
@@Hainbach could be a cool video though, "I experiment with no input" and the things you learn on your week long escapade into it!
this amount of batteries in a device will defo need to trouble at security checks in modern day airports. this can't be legal.

SynthDIY, electronotes, Mod Wiggler come to mind
@@Hainbach thank you!
How do you make it with the batteries? How long to they last?
Probably forever. I can run the Nagra III on the same rechargebles for 13 hours straight.
...that jumper though.
O_O uff, das Ding frisst Batterien... hast du eine externe Stromquelle für den Studiobetrieb oder hast du vor fleißig Batterien zu wechseln? xD
gud vid...
Grotboxes are fun.
Suggestion for the next album title: Landfill Battery Sondermüll ;-)
Rechargeable batteries these are, should be good for a few years.
What is a realistic price for this monitor speaker?
anything between 500-800EUR
@@Hainbach Oh that's costly. There was one on ebay a few weeks ago. I should have bought it.
You could talk about a potato and it will still be interesting to watch.
Those are a lot of batteries :)
All rechargeable though, and they last forever.

So now I must replace my Yamaha NS-10s I guess 🙂
Quite a good fat sound from this little speaker
i belive im first…
That makes me first runner-up.
Runner runner up
I'm fourth because UA-cam is crawling with cheats.🙁. .....🤓
