Invest in a good technical team. I work in a big hospital and we have cards with diffrent functions depending on our possition. Common access places for everyone and diffrent departments. One you open a door your name and details are registern in a system with time and date. That way you will be able to contain ppl in their respective Departements and when one is fired you just block their cards and they have zero access. May God continue blessing you sana sana.
